my husband worked at sony in pitman for 20 years , we got married bought a house and 2 children together, sony went out of business we have been in out house for 17 years not late , he had to get an other job mean while he told chase he was lade off could they do something for us so we don't loose our house they said no . my husband spent all of our 4olk so we did not miss a payment he found a job less money big pay cut but wr needed meadical so he took it . He got hurt on the job , he broke his angal and my husband has 2 prostecite shoulder s told him could not use them , he said he had to or he could not leave the office so he did .He got hurt pulled thhe shoulder out went to hospital that next week he was in so much pain and could not lift it .They gave him a shot so it would loosen up still in pain. for a long time. His doctor did a scop so it would clean up the scare tissue he told him . He was still in pain did not help did a mri then the doctor saw it the croch pulled his shoulder out .The doctor told him he needed a knew shoulder and it would be the ladt one that was the 3rd one.He was limited to what he could do lift no more then 10 pds. , no snow shovling it is very limited for work options because that that he can't do they require.The doctor said he was perment disability because he he hurts it again he wad done still in pain can't sleep up all night and arthritis all threw his body . He filled for disability they turned him downb2 times now we have a lawyer lost income for 2 years .Mean time before tim got his surgery chase they would do a modafaciton they habe been working on it for a long time to just sell it to an other mortgage company, they said the same thing about the modafaciton then they sold it to caliber and my husband still had income coming while working with them they took a long time we did everything they asked we have all paper work from all 3 company s. Then my husbands doctor did not release him to go back to work so after 6 months his job said they can let him go so they did and to this day my husband is not released or have anyincome coming in but my inlaw was helping us evan with the mortgage when it finaly goes threw .Caliber did not tell us they were not going to do it then we found out our house was going up for auction w foult went to mortgage counselor , gor a lawer did a short bankruptcy to stop sale only gave us 5 months then sold . meanwhile I have a disabled husband 2 speacle needs children wilth a lot of healt problem and I have high blood pressure. Our night mare began the company who bought it came banged on our door said we bought you wil have to get out no paper work . ok my husband had surgery on his knew next day.They called after that and when are you leaving would like to change everything over my husband wad nise and said we are trying to get a place we have w speacle need children and no one will rent to us because we lost the house and when he told us he bought it the first thing i asked could we rent it till we find a place because of our child and we don't have faimly we could move in with he said no .He keep calling asking us to leave but we were waiting to get served he did not evan fille paper to get us out , we went to cout house they told us how things run so w knew , told us he was getting the cops after us my lids went in and out of the hospital because all the stess and so did I , my oldes see a counsler because of him then he has a. Law suit on us becuse we are still in house but still no paper work from him or no date meanwhile every one turns us down we cant get anywher so when we do have to get out we ate on the street thanks Tim and nicloe strong<br>
