Mission: Promote and support arts in the community to enhance our quality of life.
Programs: We publish a quarterly free listing of arts and community organizations and a calendar of art and performance events in the community which is distributed to over 1,000 recipients (electronically, distribution in community outlets, and by mail). We manage the community arts center which provides office and meeting space to non-profits; we produce annual, juried art exhibitions, including a city-wide Photography Exhibit, the Young Artists Showcase, and Art in the Park. We also subsidize arts performances in our elementary shcools (Cultural Arts to Schools) and provide scholarships for youth participation in community art classes. We are always looking for new programs and opportunities that bring the experience of art to the community
