Mission: Boulder center for the performing arts, inc. (boulder center) mission is to build and maintain a performing arts center in downtown boulder that is available and affordable for use by local performing arts organizations and others, as well as to provide varied programming at the center that will entertain and enlighten a wide variety of audiences.

Has engaged in fundraising and engaged in the planning of the facility, discussions with the city of boulder to develop a public-private partnership and an analysis of the feasibility of financing the capital costs of the facility through private donations and corporate and foundation grants.
