Mission: The institute is a trusteed corporation chartered by the board of regents of the university of the state of new york. It offers training courses to interested professional psycho-therapists on a graduate level and maintains a community-focused psychological service clinic which charges nominal fees to patients requiring treatment. The treatment center also provides the praccticum and supervised training program for the students of the institute. In summary, the institute derives its principal income from patient treatment fees, tuition,training fees, professional conferences and workshop registration fees. Programs: The clinical psychological therapy program provides treatments in excess of 17240 patients hours annually which are serviced by 89 professional therapists in the following areas: interview intake, psychological consultation, program treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy and supervision.
