Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Federated Giving Programs, Homeless & Housing, Housing Expense Reduction Support, Human Services, Philanthropy, Public Foundations
Mission: To provide compassionate support to people with developmental disabilities and related disabilities, and their families.
Programs: Specific services are to act as court-appointed guardian or conservator of an individual with developmental disabilities, to make decisions regarding medical care, residence, day programs, education, and other matters. In addition, the organization acts as a trustee for special needs trusts for individuals with developmental disabilities. Distribution are made for qualified special needs that are not otherwise provided by government support. Approximately 135 conservators / guardians and 300 trust beneficiaries are served.
