Mission: Our mission is to foster economic and urban revitalization in the city of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The primary purpose of the corporation is to facilitate community-wide participation in the planning of activities that affect the life of the community for years to come. This will be accomplished by promoting local ownership, management, and control of the sustainable economic resources in our area.
