Mission: To provide lifelong services and programs to assist individuals with disabilities to advocate for themselves and fully participate in life with dignity and respect.
Programs: Residential services - small homes of 1 to 8 residents per home, located in communities throughout the peoria area. Each resident has an individualized service plan that outlines support and services needed to increase the independence of residents. Particular emphasis is placed on developing daily living, community integration, and economic self-sufficiency skills.
educational services - 3 separate programs provide individualized services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These programs assist individuals to explore work opportunities as well as provide educational and leisure based activities designed to promote skill acquisition in all activities of daily living.
employment services - provides employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ep! C staff assists individuals in finding a job that is suited to their abilities and interests. Once employed, individuals receive the onsite training and support from job coaches needed to assist them in maintaining their employment.
