Mission: To partner with and support individuals with dignity and respect while collaborating with other agencies to provide services that are conducive to the consumers individual well being
Programs: Collaborative hope works with mental health and substance abuse child and adult consumers. Collaborative started with 50 cases from the department of junivelle justice service. Because of the non profit exempt status collaborative hope was was able to receive referral from department of social services and other government agencies.
