We assist each person in identifying, planning to meet, and accomplishing goals that are aimed at improving their quality of life. People are encouraged to enjoy their interests such as shopping, attending worship services and participating in their community activities.
supported living program includes individual support services (iss) and personal supports (ps). These services are provided to individuals in their homes, and are tailored to meet an individual's unique strengths, needs and goals. Typical services include: drop-in attendant care, recreational activities, architectural modifications, consulting, transportation and the purchase of adaptive equipment.
vocational services program offers individualized skill assessment, case management, job development and placement, transportation, job coaching, as well as other supports a person might need to maintain paid employment.
day activity program provides a variety of opportunities for individuals to develop their life skills, along with job training to improve the quality of their lives. Services include transportation and the opportunity to volunteer in their communities. We all share a commitment to helping participants reach their highest potential and maximize their ability to develop valued rolls and meaningful relationships in the community.
