Mission: The WTCDC's Vision to improve the socio-economic viability of the Community of West Tampa. Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for socio-economic, commercial development, housing and physical revitalization in the West Tampa Community. The elements that drive our mission are : (1) community own, (2) community participation, (3) Community driven, (4) community accountability, and community design. The vehicle to accomplish our mission will be implemented via our Strategic Action Plan.
