Is an aids outreach program which provides community-based family style meals, take home grocery, packages, clothing, nutritional counseling and support services for persons with aids, their families and significant others. Services are provided in religious institutions and community organizations throughout new york city.
Programs: The momentum project is an integrated health and nutrition service, operated by boom! Health, that provides communal meals, pantry bags, connection to medical care, housing placement, legal services, job training, and other supportive services to new yorkers, including people with hiv/aids and/or other chronic illnesses.
