Mission: The Palatine/Inverness Arts Council (PIAC) is committed to the cultural, educational and economic growth of the members of our communities through the support and encouragement of performing and visual arts and artists. We consider the arts an integral part of life-long learning and work to provide the accessibility of public arts activities to all people. PIAC believes in the preservation of our cultural heritage and a responsible stewardship of community resources. We believe in the power of the arts as a creative force to stimulate the mind and feed the soul. With PIAC?s advocacy of the arts, we hope to encourage the highest aspirations in all artists and their endeavors.
