Programs: Adult outpatient programs include behavioral health treatment services for the severe and persistently mentally ill adult. Individual, group and family treatment, medication management and case management. Services are based on their person centered plan and demonstrated stability while living in the community. Services provided include psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy. Adult community/integration programs including community based assertive community treatment programs in which multidisiplinary team members provide intensive home support to the severe and persistent mentally ill adult including case management services, supportive counseling to individuals and their families in efforts to minimize hospitalizations and to maximize the potential of their lives.
childrens outpatient services providing outpatient psychotherapy services including individual, family and group therapy, case management and home based services. The childrens home based program is designed to intervene with high risk children who are expecting emotional and behavioral problems to the extent that removal from the home, either to psychiatric placement, juvenile delinquency placement or foster care is imminent. Intensive intervention is provided to prevent the child's removal from the home.
psychosocial rehabilitation programs including clubhouse and supportive employment, jail diversion, co-occurring disordered programs, the family life center, the transportation program and child support services that provide childrens case management services to families who need assistance with entitlement or benefit issues, housing, food, transportation, or unmet medical needes, infant mental health programs designed to meet the needs of new parents and their infants who may be high risk and provide support and linkages to community agencies for families with a medically compromised infant with special needs.
