New Water Culture Inc

Mission: Word above the street, inc. (wats) is a public art and environmental organization dedicated to combining art and cultural programming for social advocacy. The inaugural project of wats is the water tank project in new york city. This project will bring insight and awareness to the need for clean, affordable water by wrapping 300 water tanks/towers in original art work. The goal is to use the extraordinary power of public art to inspire people to think about our stewardship of the planet's water and explain how the disparities among the water resources of different nations are accelerating. The organization partners with global corporations whose business are water intensive and who understand it's important to lead in ecologically and socially responsible conduct. Money raised by the organization will be donated to established organizations and charities that are at the forefront of water relief efforts, water conservation, and building water infrastructure in the undeveloped world.
