Mission: To enhance the economic vitality of nevada county by supporting the retention, creation and attraction of quality primary jobs and industry, while retaining the unique local environmnet.
Programs: Provide a central hub of information for all areas of economic development in nevada county specifically and california in general. This includes consulting with current and prospective business owners regarding issues that they might be facing, hosting job fairs, representing the county with a booth at the california state fair, maintaining a website with current economic information, job and resume postings, demographics, and links to other helpful information, as well as other endeavours that enhance the economic climate of the county.
