Mission: In the spirit of christ and the example of francis of assisi, the mission of osf healthcare is to serve persons with the greatest care and love in a community that celebrates the gift of life.
Programs: Mendota community hospital provided 25 beds in fiscal year 2017. This hospital gave $555,296 in charity care, and provided 5,151 meals on wheels to members of our community. The net community benefit expense for meals on wheels was $28,219. Mendota community hospital offers flu and immunization clinics along with many other clinics in mendota and other outreach communites. The hospital held cpr classes, diabetic support groups, provided free diabetic and nutrition education classes, and offered several other programs throughout the year. The net community benefit expense for these programs was $25,834.
