Causes: Emergency Assistance, Human Services
Mission: The purpose of the mason dixon christmas wish fund, inc. Is to raise and distribute funds that will help needy families in the tampa bay area. There are many programs that provide assistance for families who are currently receiving federal or local funds. Our program seeks out those families who have temporarily fallen on hard times who just need a helping hand. While over these many years, our work has predominantly taken place during the months of november and december, we have begun rigorous budgeting so that we may keep additional funds which can be used for assistance throughout the year. We not only increased the total dollar amount granted out to families from 2013, we significantly increased the number of people receiving beneficial results of the grants. Realistically, we touched the lives of nearly 450 people. There were marked increases in the number of families assisted outside of our prime peak months of giving.

our organization has only one program servivce. We provide relief for families in the tampa bay area. We provide the bulk of this relief during the holiday season. We feel this time should be one time of year when people have a sense of relief and feel hope for the year to come. Please see the attached list for families granted in 2014.
