Finn's Fighters is an organization like no other! Born from a our founders' tragedy, Finn's Fighters supports local individuals on the with specific needs related to battling pediatric cancer, like helping with rent, transportation, medication, meals, mental health support, and, unfortunately, sometimes funerals. These small things are provided on a personal, face-to-face, level and the impact on these families is unmatched. Your donations to Finn's Fighters stays local in the Tampa Bay area and is 100% focused on the families we serve.
Finns Fighters is such an incredible organization! We were in the hospital for six months while my daughter was undergoing treatment for leukemia. Two nights a week they provided dinner for our entire family along with each oncology family on the unit. They also provide a laundry service for the oncology families. They anticipate needs of oncology families and meet them without even being asked. Their founders know from firsthand experience the challenges that families like mine have and they are making a real difference in our lives.
Finn's Fighters is an amazing nonprofit that goes above and beyond to help our patients and families facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis. Christen, Jim and Declan have truly shown that pay it forward mentality while carrying out Finn's legacy. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful people and a wonderful organization in our area.
Me and my husband has volunteered for this non profit and just wow. Seeing all the people and lives this organization has changed is life changing. The way they run it for only the better of the world is incredibly amazing. They truly change lives!
My family moved to Tampa 5 years ago. We could immediately tell that Tampa Bay was an area with strong, kind, and ambitious community members. I had no idea in a few short years I’d be blessed to meet Christen who embodies all of these traits. Christen and I met through our mutual friend, Amber. Christen and Amber were connected because both of their boys had Ewings Sarcoma. I followed Finn's fight through Amber and have watched the organization go from a group of awesome moms helping their friends during an unimaginable time to a group that is making really amazing things happen in our community. The goal of Finn's Fighters is to come alongside families facing the most trying time in their life to ease some of the stressors.
My name is Zayden Dhanji and I am 9 years old. My mom, Salima, has been on the Board of Directors of Finn’s Fighters since Finn was in my class at school. Finn was my friend ans when he got sick I was sad and wanted to help him and his brother Declan. I am not a doctor so I could not help Finn get medicine or get better from cancer, but I helped raise money. Finn’s Fighters helped me and my friends to learn about cancer and show Finn how much we love him by wearing our Finn’s Fighters shirts at school and everywhere! I learned what fundraising means and that the money goes to help families that need it because cancer medicine and treatment is very expensive. I miss Finn but I am proud to help other families. For example, we went shopping at Target one morning and got to fill shopping carts with toys for children in the hospital who can’t go to school or play with their friends outside and can get bored. It felt special to pick the best legos and toys for them! These are some of the reasons Finn’s Fighters is special to me.
Finn's Fighters is truly a great non-profit. Since its infancy, Finn's Fighters has never turned away anyone asking for assistance in the pediatric cancer community. From paying for a car payment, to paying three months of rent, Finn's Fighters is always there with a helping hand.

Finn's Fighters truly cares about the families in need in the Tampa community. Christen has been in their shoes and is always there to lend a helping hand and caring ear to those in need of services during their hard times. Not only is she President of Finn's Fighters but also acts as a Social Worker in many ways. Her and her board of directors love being able to help out as much as they can and also like giving back to the Tampa community by participating in fundraisers led by other Pediatric Cancer non-profits.

Finn Fighters is an amazing local charity that helps families with kids that have cancer. They provide financial and emotional support to the families, and activities for the kids to be able to forgot for a short time what they’re dealing with. They also draw awareness and help raise funds for pediatric cancer research. Christen Gray and her board are the best! Kind, strong, determined to help families get through some of the worst times imaginable. Christen dedicated FF’s to her son Finn who lost his battle with cancer. But, his spirit lives on through Christen, his family, and Finn Fighters. The way Christen could channel her grief and find a way to help other families is truly such an inspiration!
Born from a place of passion and love, Finns Fighters has worked tirelessly to see to it that no other child or family go through pediatric cancer alone. I contribute to Finns Fighters because I see firsthand how my donation is helping these struggling families find the support and hope that they truly deserve.
My story is personal because I knew Finn and his family…I’m so proud of all the hard work that Ms Gray and her family and friends have put into bringing awareness to child cancer. What a sacrifice it has been for them to take all their sorrow and invest it into other children and families going through the same hardship they when through. Their love and support has reached the hearts of so many and because of that we are all truly blessed by the nonprofit in so many way. Thank you Finn Fighters and the Gray Family. We love you ❤️

I have had the pleasure of working with Finn’s Fighters since its inception. Christen is the hardest working mother and advocate for children’s cancer and carrying on Finn’s memory. Finn’s Fighters has spent countless hours helping children in active treatment, remission and bereaved families in our community of Tampa Bay. Finns Fighters has recently teamed up with St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital to provide a mental health counselor for the families facing a cancer diagnosis. We can’t wait to see what Finn’s Fighters will do next!

Finns Fighters assists families in the Tampa Bay Area that are battling cancer and we are proud to keep all of the donations local. This wouldn’t be possible without the love and support of our wonderful community. I am so honored to be a founding board member of this wonderful organization and I hope that we are able to continue to bring some relief to families for many years to come.
I met Christen, the founder, while our boys battled Ewing's Sarcoma 4 years ago. Obviously, neither of us was thrilled to be oncology moms; we bonded right away as our "New Normal" took over our lives.
Through her grief, I was able to witness her and her husband develop Finns Fighters, an organization specific to helping children AND families dealing with pediatric cancer diagnosis.' Funds/Donations are designated to help families with financial difficulties, mental health needs, birthday or Christmas gifts, gas cards, grocery cards, etc. My family was given a free photography session from Finn's Fighters. Once my son was healed, we had not had a family picture since his hair had grown back; it will be a session I will never forget and always be grateful for. The Gray family also shares their beach condo with families, giving us a time to heal, rest and think away from our crazy, and busy lives. I was able to take my kids down and watch them be part of nature and explore, away from the chaos of COVID, hospital visits, school expectations, sport practices, work...such a kind gift to families as their lives feel like they are crumbling. Through Finn's Fighters, Christen has developed a passion and calling for bereavement families and helping them try to heal after losing a child to cancer. She has donated much of her time helping with other local organizations as well focusing on Pediatric Cancer, knowing that each organization has a need to offer something special and unique to each family.
Finn's Fighters has recently partnered with St. Joe's Hospital; helping St. Joe's hire a new mental health professional, specific to the oncology ward, to help families navigate their emotional journey.
I am excited to watch Finn's Fighters continue to grow and impact the community in such a positive way.

I have had the privilege of seeing Finn's Fighters develop into an outstanding non profit since they were first established in 2019. I am so impressed with their passion, mission and their ability to increase awareness for pediatric cancer and support families facing medical crisis in Tampa Bay. I have seen first hand, Christen Gray, Oncology Mom, Finn's Fighter's, go way above and beyond to ensure that a family in financial and medical crisis have had their needs met. Finn's Fighter's often provides assistance when there are no other options. Christen personally cooks and delivers comfort meals to a family that has lost a child, supports the efforts and programs of fellow non profits and travels to Capitol Hill to advocate for pediatric cancer issues. We are thankful for the impact that Finn's Fighter's has in our community.

Finn’s Fighters not only provides financial assistance to families fighting their own medical monsters, but also helps to connect families with other community resources and supports. Finn’s Fighters passion to raise awareness about pediatric cancer is evident through their own hosted events and participation in various community fundraisers.
It was my privilege to serve on the founding board and work with numerous volunteers within the community with a strong desire to help families struggling with a medical crisis. Executive Director, Christen Gray’s passion to advocate for funding and change related to how pediatric cancer is treated, in honor of her son Finn, is commendable.
FinnsFighters is a wonderful nonprofit that comes along side oncology families in their time of need. From helping with room make overs, to covering some bills, and even helping cover some travel costs for kids who have clinical trials / specialists out of state. Finns Fighters was there for our family around the time we found out that our 8 year old son had relapsed with leukemia for a 4th time. We will be forever thankful for all the love and support from Christen and her foundation!!
Finns fighters was an amazing gift to my daughter at the end of her treatment. With covid taking so much away from the joy we were looking forward to having at the end of her treatment Finns Fighters stepped up to the plate by sending special gifts to keep her happy and busy building her new life! We are thankful Finns Fighters became part of our family!
This non-profit is supported by the local community here in Tampa and has already helped many local families. Its mission could not be better, but there is a greater vision that can be realized with greater funding. The organization is run by Christen Gray, who created it to help support families that are battling pediatric cancer. When the Gray family went through this there was tremendous support from the community but she realized that not everyone has that support, and it makes an unimaginable experience even harder. She pours her soul into growing and making this non-profit thrive in memory and tribute to her son.
Finn S Fighters Inc is an excellent non-profit organization benefiting our local community here in Tampa, Florida. Christen Gray created this organization all while fighting for her 6 year old son's life against Ewing Sarcoma. This non-profit's mission is to help other families in the area going through similar battles, who may not have the community backing and outreach that The Gray family had. It's an organization built on faith, love, and hope...a community couldn't ask for better.
