Mission: To enhance affordable care to people with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders in the new york metropolitan area by helping to ensure an available supply of blood-clotting concentrates and other medications for the treatment of hemophilia and other blood clotting disorders through the purchasing and dispensing, on a cooperative, centralized basis, of such medications to its patron hospitals, and providing other services permitted to be provided by corporations exempt from taxation under sections 501(e) and 501(c)(3) of the code.
