's mission is to: establish, maintain, and conduct post-secondary, secondary, and primary institutions of learning under the influence of judeo-christian principles in san antonio, texas, and elsewhere as may be deemed advisable. The organization and all of its agencies shall be nondiscriminatory - open to both sexes and to those of any race or religion; establishing educational and learning partnerships with industry; establishing institutions of excellence through a learning environment that promotes the importance of character and virtue in business, education, religion, research, arts, government, and community service; to obtain all accreditations and licenses required to participate in any united states department of education student loan and/or grant programs/ and to engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes.
