Guidewire inc, is one the worst places i worked for in nonprofits. I been working in nonprofits for 15 years, there HR department is not for the employees u must get a union rep to protect u in any case of matter u have. They will hire anybody to work with their clients long as their is a body in the house's watching the client's. They never post manager positions and they make up supervisor positions by choice. There's never any house money for things and managers uses house money for personal use and make up paper to hide it. I would never place the care of my loved one in there hands. They only want the state funding and federal funding from your loved one to keep the doors open and lights for their company. SHAME ON THEM
I have worked for Guidewire for a year and have never worked for a company or organization that had such positive support and encouragement from the top down! In providing the best care for the individuals we support we have high standards for those we hire, expecting nothing less than program compliance, positive behavioral supports, a professional working relationship, and a respect for all including those we support. A strong work ethic is valued because we provide 24/7 supports to human beings! Guidewire has a strong foundation and a great home base office full of professionals who are focused on the individuals we support and team building to bring everyone together! Everyone at Guidewire works very hard to constantly attain our mission.
