Mission: Grand performances presents free performing arts events that reflect the best of global culture and inspire community among the diverse peoples of los angeles.
Programs: Between june and october 2014, grand performances presented forty-nine free events to a culturally, ethnically, generationally and economically diverse audience of over 50,000 people. Grand performances' 2014 summer season included acclaimed local, national and international musicians, ensembles and artists as well professional workshops with international performers, documentary films and salons. During 2014 grand performances created a variety of educational programs for adults and youth and partnered with other local arts institutions to present unique collaborations.
