Programs: Fuse corps is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization with a mission to enable local government to more effectively address the biggest challenges facing urban communities. In pursuit of this mission fuse operates a fellowship program that places private sector leaders into yearlong high-impact strategic projects within city, county and state-level government agencies. In 2016, fuse placed fellows across the city & county of san francisco, city of los angeles, city of fresno and california health and human services agency. Fuse fellows tackled a range of community challenges on topics including education, health, poverty and economic development.
