I, being an ovarian cancer survivor, have found her foundation to be inspirational and educational. Carol, herself a survivor, is breaking new ground in this much ignored disease.
My Mom started this foundation after her own devastating Stage IIIc diagnosis. Through all of her trials and tribulations she still manages to serve over 13,000 people on her Facebook page daily by offering support, education, love and friendship. Her goal is to have a real house where women can go or call to get support or answers in their darkest hours. Won't you please recognize out foundation.

Carol DeLisa, an Ovarian Cancer Survivor and founder of the EllaCris Foundation, works tirelessly to help spread awareness about Ovarian Cancer and has over 12,000 followers on the group's "I Hate the C Word" Facebook page. Without her efforts, we could not come together as a group to help each other through our difficult times and spread awareness all across the world. Carol motivates others to help doctors, nurses and caregivers realize the importance of the awareness of the disease. Since it's inception in 2013, the ella cris foundation is working tirelessly to advocate as well as heighten awareness of this pernicious disease, ovarian cancer. The founder, Carol Delisa, a survivor, is doing everything in her power to make her dream come true, the founding of a TEAL HOUSE, were ovarian cancer patients can seek a respite during the grueling treatments.
