Mission: The mission is to facilitate programs and services that will improve social good and provide opportunity for personal growth to underserved persons.
Programs: The following projects were completed in low and very low-income communities serving more than 1,600 individuals in california, oregon, and arizona: a community garden and recycled glass mosaic project wherein the children learned the benefits of cooperative activity and multi-cultural respect; a series of multi-generational coloring events bringing together diverse groups in a shared interest; development of an artist studio for low-income senior citizens of diverse heritages; a series of educational art workshops and community garden development wherein adults and children learned the value of healthy eating habits and econcomic benefits of growing one's own food; a mural project emphasizing positive messages, self-care and love-speech; several performances and workshops conducted by world-renowned and grammy winning musicians; and the establishment of a multi-lingual lending library emphasizing artists and authors of color.
