Programs: The organization is a 68-bed skilled & long-term care center which provides 24-hour nursing care & specialized rehabilitation services to the elderly. The center offers comfortable rooms, nutritious meals, social services including a campus chaplain & individualized activity programs giving residents a sense of purpose. The center is licensed by the state of arizona and certified by medicare, consistently receiving five-star ratings from the federal centers for medicare and medicaid services. The center actively participates in fund raising as medicaid reimbursement has not covered the cost of providing quality care services. At december 31, 2017, the christian care companies own and operate 1,659 units of middle-income, market-rate independent, assisted, and memory care units for seniors on five campuses, 338 units of subsidized housing, and a 68-bed health center. In addition, we provide assisted living services to up to 112 residents of our subsidized housing.
