I’ve been an employee for 9 years and I appreciate everything I have learned and all of the support I have received over the years. I have worked with multiple families and teams and am supported through team meetings and materials available at the office. There are multiple opportunities to grow by attending training classes, supervision, and awareness events for the community.

I made a donation online after reviewing the AZA United website. I received a call the same day from Paulina, AZA United’s Development Director, thanking me for my donation. Paulina was very professional and was eager to answer my questions about AZA United’s services. We talked about my son who has autism and she gave me great advice about summer care for him. I was even invited to do a site tour, which I did, and the facility was wonderful. I met the CEO, Dr. Blocher-Rubin and enjoyed listening to his vision for the future. This is a fantastic organization who genuinely cares about those they serve and the donors who make that possible.

I contribute as a donor, not just because I am an employee of AZA United but because I believe in the mission this company has & the vision for the future for the families we serve. I have seen first hand daily, the impact AZA United makes on the clients & families we serve. And really they aren't "clients" or patients at all, they are the AZA United Family. AZA United will continue to do great things for families all over the valley.

Both of my children have received autism services from AZA United. And both are now thriving, mainstreamed into their regular classrooms, fully verbal, and making friends. A big part of this has been due to AZA's excellent team of both staff and management, who have developed and implemented great programs to address autism's many different facets in individualized formats for each kid. These people care about your kids and delivering the right results for them.

AZA comes from the heart and truly cares about families impacted by Autism in Arizona. The leadership and staff make decisions with the needs of families and the community in mind. I often recommend AZA to other families, because AZA is extremely knowledgeable and can help parents through all aspects of supporting a child with Autism.

I'm not only a board member but a parent of a son with Autism who has received support from AZA.

I am proud to serve on the board of this incredible organization that serves over 800 families with autism support services. AZA United has an extraordinarily dedicated staff who put the needs of families first. They are also very fortunate to have a talented leadership team. Their non-profit designation keeps them focused on serving the needs of the community and the families it serves. AZA United has helped my personal friends to navigate the complex world of autism treatment and reimbursement when they desperately needed help and didn't know where else to turn. I have witnessed AZA United's treatment benefit and enrich the lives of its patients. I have recommended AZA United to friends and I am proud of the work AZA United does.

Our family has been receiving services, resources, and support through Arizona Autism United for the past 10 years. We have 2 sons on opposite ends of the spectrum as well as 2 typical children. Since day 1, AZA has provided us with direction, support, amazing resources and home program ideas and goals. They have outstanding skill guides and provide a variety of practical and useful training opportunities. The staff is friendly, very receptive, and supportive for not only individuals with autism but their entire family. Being a client of AZA has made our journey more hopeful and successful. Our family highly recommends AZA as a service provider. They are a wonderful organization!

Not only am I a board member at Arizona Autism United (AZA United), but I am also a client. My now 10-year old son was diagnosed with autism at 18 months old and has received countless hours of therapy through AZA United over the years. Not only does this organization put the child at the center of every program and intervention, but they take the entire family into account as well. Incorporating the needs of the whole family is one of the reasons I would highly recommend this organization to anyone struggling with autism.

I am currently entering into my second year as a board member. I feel honored to represent AZA in my community, helping people understand the need for and value of an organization like this. This organization changes lives and I know that my family wouldn't be where we are without it.

Arizona Autism United has played a key role in our son's life, in addition to helping other Arizona families gain better access to education, information and tools to help them on what is often a very demanding and challenging journey. The support my family has received over the last 3 years has been incredible and we know our son wouldn't be where he is today without the involvement of this fantastic organization and their team of dedicated employees!

AZA United has been a part of our life for 4 years now. They have helped us through every step of our autism journey. We took the Family Fundamentals course when we were waiting for services from DDD/ALTCS to begin. We participated in many trainings that were offered. My son graduated from AZA's Early Childhood Autism (ECA) program and is now doing habilitation and respite with AZA. The staff has been wonderful the entire time. The people who have been a part of our dream team have all been respectful, professional and they really care about my son and his progress. Because of AZA United, I can truly say that our family has more good days than bad. They have not only taught my son so much but they have taught our entire family how to best support my son. I feel confident in my ability to come up with solutions and goals thanks to the training and support we have received. My son loves to plays sports, especially hockey. In the beginning he wouldn't even tolerate a hat. My son is so much more independent and is thriving academically. Thank you AZA!

When our son was diagnosed with Autism, we weren't sure who to turn to. We were given a list of places that would be able to assist us in our journey. After asking other Autism moms, we decided to contact AZA United. They have been so helpful and kind every step of the way. I recommend them to anyone needing services, or even anyone who needs to be steered in the right direction. Our son has been enrolled in AZA's HAB program for serval months now, and we couldn't be happier with our decision!!

When our son Ayden was first diagnosed with autism at age 15 months, my wife and I were emotionally devastated and unprepared to handle the everyday challenges of raising a child with special needs. But through Arizona Autism United, we've received so much information and training from their professional staff, seminars-workshops and parent support group(s), which helped us to better understand the challenges of his condition while finding the resources we needed to overcome them. AZA United has been an invaluable blessings to our lives.

Thanks, Aaron R-B., Paulina T., Pamela M., Anna R., Lauren B., and AZA United staff.

I have been involved with Arizona Autism United for over 6 years and this organization is truly unbelievable. All of its goals, visions and policies are driven by working to enhance the qualify of life and support the local families and communities affected by Autism. The organization is run by a Governing Board of Directors that is comprised of parents of the children who receive services form this organization. This non-profit is run by passionate parents and truly does what is best for the famlies it serves. They even have a scholar ship program to help families that desperately needs services, but don't have insurance coverage or can't afford them....unbelievable! I don't know of any other Autism non-profit that does this. I know that when I donate money to this organization that it will truly make a diffference.

I have been with this organization for many years. This organization is quite unique, because they are very passionate about their clients, families and their welfare. I can honestly say that they want to make a significant difference in the life of children and families with autism. They are not only a provider, but an advocate for them. They keep up to date with the knowledge, techniques and new information in the field of autism. It is a great organization !!!

We have used the services from AZA United for several years. I have found the organization to be very proactive in finding and training personnel to work with their special needs clients. Unlike most other organizations in the Valley, they offer free training to employees and parents, have a lot of resources available to parents and include parents in most of the decision making processes.

I have referred many new families to AZA United over the years. I have found their level of knowledge in working with kids with ASD to be exceptional in many ways. My experience has been very positive from working with their BCBA's and day to day staff. I appreciate the training opportunities and the new programs that they have initiated over the years. They have shown that they truly understand the needs of the clients and the families they serve and have been flexible enough to grow and change in the greatest areas of need.

Their job is not always the easiest one, but they continue to bring positive, new and creative ideas to address challenges and to ensure client success.

Hi. I just wanted to take a couple minutes to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to AZA United. I am guardian for my 27 year old son who was identified as being on the spectrum since the age of 13. The challenges have been many. After a stressful homelife, our family split and my son has recently come back to live with me. I am his sole guardian. With the help and guidance of the wonderful and professional staff at AZA, my son is improving in his quest for independence. The events and resources provided by AZA have proven invaluable. I am so pleased to be part of the AZA family. I have referred several people to Paula Tiffany and the staff to have questions answered as well as some who have opted to work for the organization. Looking forward to a bright future for AZA, and especially for my son.

The first thing that make azaunited different from other organizations is their genuineness. They truly care. And they are ready to help in any way they can. I had experience with saarc before, which uses autism for business purpose. I believe it's the genuineness that makes azaunited stand out from other organizations.

The organization has a great mission and the staff are outstanding. They go above and beyond like a family to empower and support me with my son's needs.
Also, the annual conference are by far the best that's hosted here in AZ with regards to involving all the practitioners from various disciplines under 'one roof' to collaborate and share their findings and experiences on Autism and other related disorders.
I am truely grateful to have AZA United as a provider for my son's services.

When our son was first diagnosed with Autism at age 3, Aaron Blocher-Rubin was the first person to work with him using ABA. We were amazed at the progress our son made, and we were given a feeling of hope that he would grow to be able to function in society. Aaron started AZA United, and we have been with them for years using their service providers for habilitation and respite. We have been very happy with the quality of providers they hire and the training they provide for their employees and families. Our son is now 12 and gets straight A's in school, is a member of National Junior Honor Society, and has many typical friends that like to hang out with him. We are very grateful for the help we have received through AZA United to make it all possible.

We are extremely thankful to AZA because since they began working with my son, he is more confident, he is thoughtful to reach his goals and he is in love with his habilitators. Not only us noticed the progress that he had been registering, also no family members can noticed that.

AZA had been taking care of my son's development, they are very professionals, but the most important thing is that are kind and lovely with my son, they really show care about him, and well, not only about him, also about all our family, so we consider AZA part of our family and there's not enough words to express all our gratitude to them.

They do their work in the same way that only a parent can do it, and I love that they teach us strategies, as parents, so we feel as part of the team, working for one of the people more important in our life's.

Thanks to AZA my son is different and also the whole family. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS!

Our second child was diagnosed with ASD over 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, we didn't have early intervention services. My husband and I were anxious to get services started and to begin educating ourselves so that we could help our son. It was only a month or two after receiving the diagnosis that I had attended a conference with Arizona Autism United. I had taken a LOA from my part-time teaching position and the scholarship awarded to me made it possible to attend. I listened to so many wonderful speakers and had great discussions with both parents and other professionals. The vendor booths were also extremely informational. One in particular helped give us that gentle nudge to get out more in the community as a family. Had I not gone to the conference, I wouldn't have met the people who are in our lives now. It really is about connections.

I have attended the last three conferences hosted by AZA United. ALL of them have been well worth it and I strongly encourage more families, professionals in the field, teachers, and DDD staff to attend. The guest speakers each year are phenomenal and one leaves the conference feeling very empowered. I was also able to participate in a program last year called Family Fundamentals. The program helps families of kiddos on the spectrum that might be new to this journey or those navigating their "new normal." I learned about additional information regarding the IEP process and more strategies for managing (potential) behaviors at home or in community settings. The weekend seminars offered to families have also provided helpful information as well and allows parents to connect with each other to share their struggles, successes, and wisdom. We feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing group of people dedicated to helping to improve the lives of those with ASD and their families.

AZA has helped our family in so many ways. I have 3 children, all with special needs. AZA goes above and beyond to help with all their needs. They have provided a scholarship for a program that my daughter would benefit from, but that we were financially unable to particiapate in. They have helped our family accept the disabilities, and learn to live with them. AZA has many resources and connections in the community. If they do not have the means to help a family, they do their best to direct you to who can help. Most importantly, AZA helps to bring families together, so that you do not feel alone. We have made life-long friends with both the providers and clients at the agency.

My son has been receiving services from AZA United since shortly after his autism diagnosis at 19 months of age. Over these last 5 years we have seen amazing progress in our son and we attribute so much of his success to the dedication and HEART of AZA United's staff. My husband and I recently spoke at AZA United's annual charity luncheon. The end of my speech perfectly sums up how we feel: "To our Amazing AZA United Team members, we have welcomed you into our home and you have touched our lives, filled our hearts, and changed the course of Jack’s future in so many ways. Jack, Greg and I simply could not have done this without you. What you do is more than therapy…it changes lives."

We have two boys, ages 5 and 7; both are diagnosed with autism. AZA United has supported our family for over six years. When our boys were first diagnosed, they had no language at all and their behavior made it difficult to leave our house. They would run away, and have horrible temper tantrums for no reason we could see. They would hurt themselves and others. AZA United helped us change all of that. They taught us as parents how to help pull language from the boys, and how to manage their behavior. They worked with the boys on different programs to help with their speech and their social skills. Now, we can go to the park, to the movies and out to restaurants to eat. We went from being home-bound and afraid to take our kids out in public, to being able to enjoy different activities as a family. AZA United has hugely improved the quality of life for our boys, and for our family.
