Programs: Patient and caregiver support - provide direct patient care and extend counselling sessions for caregivers and patients dealing with the challenges of dementia. Community education - dr. Education of caregivers - memory center charlotte sponsored caregiver connections programs with educational classes to help caregivers understand the disease and face the challenges that caregivers must deal with 24/7.
