Webinars and presentations introduced participants to the principles of talent development reporting, its implementation, and change management considerations.
the organization conducted four two-day workshops around the world for 75 participants. These events offered participants a deep understanding of tdrp and how to implement it successfully. The workshop is required for tdrp certification.

Answered questions form members and nonmembers on topics related to measurement and reporting. Wrote monthly blogs. New for 2017, the center for talent reporting created the talent development reporting principles (tdrp) excellence award. This unique award focuses on the forward thinking, transformational work of l&d teams to show impact and value through management, measurements, evaluation and reporting of l&d programs and the function overall.
