A hidden and true gem here in Fort Collins. I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere. What a unique experience to dine next to some of the most and least affluent community members in Fort Collins! The food is fresh, local, and served by some of the kindest people of our town. A small business, with a BIG heart and such an asset to Fort Collins! Pay What You Can or Volunteer! Can't wait for them to expand, and reach all of our surrounding communities. MUCH NEEDED, and MUCH LOVED!
When I first heard about FoCo Cafe and its mission, I knew I wanted to learn more. When I first visited FoCo Cafe, I knew I had to be part of the organization and help as much as I could. Driving home a community core value of making sure that everyone has the opportunity to get a quality meal on a regular basis (no matter their means) is a huge help to everyone involved, living and working with our thriving Northern Colorado community.
If you haven't had the chance to check out our fall menu, be sure to stop by for lunch this week! Great portions with a strong nutritional value...AND it actually tasted good!!! The fantastic recipes at the FoCo Cafe never disappoint

After being introduced to this group by a former client, I immediately knew I had to get involved. The unique way in which FoCo Cafe is able to directly affect positive change in our local community is truly awesome. Making sure that nutritional needs for the people that live in our community are met with friendliness and an affordable price for everyone at any level of life. The local partnerships with other non-profit groups and community events are always offering exciting events year-round.
I am looking forward to helping this organization for years to come and to help spread the good word of our mission to as many as possible!!
This nonprofit is a great resource for our community and is so often overlooked -- it's the perfect place to grab a delicious and nutritious lunch while supporting the community! I highly recommend it to anybody in the Fort Collins Area.

FocoCafe is feeding the food insecure and houseless 6 days a week!!! The food is organic, locally sourced and delicious! The Cafe space brings together all people from the community, so that Ft. Collins is slowly being transformed into a more aware, empathic, and responsive community. That's the kind of value creation that impacts all of us. What a difference it makes to have this organization as a resource in Old Town!
I LOVE volunteering at the FoCo Cafe! The atmosphere, mission, and people are unbeatable. The Cafe offers a sense of community to people who are often pushed out of other social circles. It is nice to be able to meet and talk with people from different walks of life and work towards a common goal. The community resources that are offered are vital to those, like myself, who may not qualify for assistance programs like SNAP. I could not say enough good things about the FoCo Cafe; it is a very special place.
FoCo Cafe is a great way to help out the community and bring people from different backgrounds together. The 'pay what you can afford' model is a really cool way to provide attainable meals to everyone. Not only does it have a great mission, but the food is consistently amazing! I love it!

FoCo Cafe is such a great organization. It provides a space to bring the community together no matter their economic background and share a meal together. They provide discounted meals for those who can't afford one and allow those who are more fortunate to pay it forward and cover the cost of someone else's meal. And the best part is the food is GREAT!
I heard about FoCo Cafe when my class at school decided to donate money to them through the Give Next program. I loved the mission, I loved the values they held, and I loved how they brought our community together. Since then I joined the board of directors, and have been an advocate for this wonderful nonprofit.
FoCo Cafe is a FANTASTIC nonprofit who truly cares about our community. Lucky to have such a wonderful, volunteer supported cafe.
The FoCo Cafe has been an absolutely vital resource for our friends who are houseless before and during the pandemic. When other city services supporting this population we're scaled back due to staffing, this spot continued to be a welcoming place for the housing insecure.
And the food is great! It's a pay what you can cafe that uses locally sourced food so you can stop in for a great meal while supporting people who are in need. The food is always good and varied-- like the bann mi sandwich I recently had.
This organization is truly a well-run community institution and a pillar of support that helps create a sense of dignity and belonging for people who are houseless.
There are so many things to love about this place! First of all, the food is delicious! I love that I can go here and enjoy a delicious, healthy meal while also being able to engage with and give back to my community. This organization does so much good for the community that it feels great to participate in their mission, whether by purchasing lunch or volunteering.
The FoCo cafe provides much more than a great meal. It is a place for everyone in the community to gather and feel accepted. There is nothing else like it in Northern Colorado and recent times have proven how much a cafe like this is needed.
FOCO Cafe always has a very welcoming environment whenever I come in. Of course the food is great (like really great), but this place is all about the community. I always try to find somebody new to meet and chat with. I have heard from many of the folks who are experiencing homelessness that this is a critical resource for them -- not only to get a meal when they are low on funds, but also to feel like they are contributing to something bigger than themselves.
This place has a beet salad with a dressing that remind me of apple butter (tho it's probably way different) and I love it! Everyone is really friendly too!!
As a new member of the FoCo Cafe board of directors I have had the opportunity to see the "inner workings" of this Non-Profit. FoCo Cafe's community involvement speaks for itself, but the additional work that the Board, Volunteers, and Chef's put in is incredible. The culture that Fort Collins has is one of a kind, and the Cafe is a contributor to that! I could wish nothing more but growth for the Cafe! This is the place to be for lunch. Whether you're looking for gourmet soups, salads, coffee and tea, a bright uplifting community, or to volunteer and get a free meal everyone agrees this five star cafe will leave you full of glee.

FoCo Cafe is a beautiful, welcoming, and safe space for anyone and everyone. The staff is dedicated and hardworking. Plus, the food is healthy and delicious! There is also a beautiful outdoor garden maintained by another nonprofit, The Growing Project, that you can enjoy while eating outside.
Fresh produce, a beautiful garden space just outside the front door, and friendly staff from all walks of life. This Pay What It Takes, non profit, restaurant is unique and truly community driven. Soups, Salads, Sandwiches and the occasional pizza are all made in house with food that is donated, and by a volunteer based staff. Local art hanging, and beautiful flower center pieces make this spot a real gem to eat at. Can not recommend enough!
This organization is one of the most unique and genuine organizations I have ever heard of! I think that the nonprofit business model is so unique, and the people behind this project are some of the most down to earth, generous folks around.

There is a beautiful garden when you walk onto the property. When you get inside, there is a scent of delicious food in the air and beautiful artwork on the walls. The food is delightful while also being healthy! The ladies who run the cafe are beyond amazing and welcoming. I always look forward to volunteering for the FoCo Cafe.

Its been a great honor to work with the FoCo Cafe. This organization will greatly benefit the city of Fort Collins and all of the people who live within it. I have been involved with a number of charities in the past several years, and I have to say, I don't think I've ever been as excited about one as I am about FoCo Cafe. The people putting this all together seem to have such a heart for feeding and caring for others. Ft Collins (and surrounding areas like Loveland) is a great place to live, and should welcome the FoCO with open arms. I find myself stretched thin with my work as a Social Worker and tendency to volunteer so much, but I'm truly proud to say I'm a part of this and can't wait to see how it grows. I'm so impressed and how it has reached across so many in this community already. Come join us in this worthy cause!
I have been so impressed with the leadership that is creating the FoCo Cafe in Fort Collins. This team is focused on providing access to healthy, delicious and sustainable food to all members of our community. Through creating the cafe, the team has been able to successfully unite many diverse members of our community. The teamwork and spirit of collaboration is truly excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend the FoCo cafe as a stellar non-profit doing phenomenal things in our town.
It has been really exciting to be a part of FoCo Cafe over the last year. I believe that the key to a strong community is broad based participation in addressing the needs of those who have difficulty accessing healthy food and other necessary resources. FoCo Cafe has stepped up to provide healthy food to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. In the process of building community around the cafe we are also connecting other nonprofits, volunteers, businesses, and city employees to each other and raising awareness about the needs in our town. We have seen an amazing outpouring of support which will only grow as we actually get the cafe up and running.
I'm really looking forward to witnessing the connections that will made when those live in poverty are welcomed into the cafe community as equals.
The FoCo Cafe is building community by providing nutritious and delicious meals to the people of Fort Collins regardless of their ability to pay while using local, organic, and sustainably grown ingredients. An amazing organization that has already been hugely successful at bringing this community further with their drive and passion. I love the attention brought to local agriculture and supporting local farms and other business while supporting those in need.
FoCo Cafe has already brought members of our community together to support one another, share delicious meals, minimize food waste, and maximize the feeling of "belonging" in our community...and the Cafe hasn't even opened yet! Imagine the impact this organization will have once people are able to enjoy healthy, nutritious meals made from locally-sourced ingredients, learn skills by contributing their time and talent to the Cafe, and meet other people also passionate about the principle that all people have value, and all people deserve to be treated with dignity.
Ever since I started talking to the founders of FoCo Cafe a year ago, I have only ever seen passion, dedication, and amazing spirit in everything they do to get this non-profit going and serving people in Fort Collins who really need the help. It's easy for us to forget those who need help, those that blend into our periphery vision, those that are excluded from society. The FoCo Cafe not only helps those who need it, but also raises all of our consciousness to remember and to serve all of those in our community...even those who we all too often forget.
FoCo Cafe is an incredible company that will bring great things to the Fort Collins area. They have great goals and the resources to make them happen. They are helping to bring this community together each and every day and their impact here will last.
