Programs: In 2017 cedar lake's various program service components delivered support to 240 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Cedar lake lodge operates intermediate care facilities serving 87 persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Cedar lake residences delivered a wide array of community based residential options, community access, supported employment, adult day, case management and other in-home supports to 153 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Cedar lake residences received an operational grant from cedar lake foundation during 2017 totaling $59,035. Cedar lake lodge received capital grants from the cedar lake foundation during 2017 totaling $1,100,956. Cedar lake foundation also provided need-based financial assistance of $644,244 for indigent residents and clients supported by cedar lake.
