These services remove barriers to success in the overall plan of care for an hiv positive individual. Education is reinforced at each dental visit as well as at periodic case management and medical visits. pharmacy assistance program:can provides a 340b pharmacy program. The program enables can patients affordable medication who are ineligible for medicaid but have a need for low-cost healthcare. Under the 340b program, drug manufacturers taking part in the medicaid drug rebate program are obligated to provide a discount on drugs for patients who receive medical services from approved safety net healthcare providers, such as can.
