I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication and support over the past 10 years. Because of your generosity and commitment to helping families like mine, I have been able to achieve milestones I once only dreamed of.Thanks to your assistance, I graduated from both high school and college, and I am now proud to be working as a therapist, dedicating my life to helping others as you have helped me. Your organization has been a beacon of hope and inspiration, reminding me that I was never alone on this journey. The impact you’ve made on my life is immeasurable, and I will forever be grateful for the role you’ve played in my success. Thank you for everything you do for families like mine—it truly makes all the difference.
I learned about this charity through a woman I met on line. I have followed her story for several years and her family is the real deal. She shared this charity as having helped her daughter when her daughter's father was KIA. I vetted the charity on my own and have made a few donations. As the daughter and granddaughter of veterans I am so grateful they all returned home. Giving back seems like so little to show my gratitude. This charity works hard and does work with the people where it is needed. I highly recommend them.

Children & Fallen Soldiers helped me & my family throughout the hard times we had to endure after my father was killed in combat, financially & mentally . Everyone from the fund treated us as family and was always there when we needed them no matter the hour even if we just needed an ear to vent to . Without the help of Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund I would not have been able to make it through my childhood & graduate college and become the person I am today. I will forever be eternally grateful for everybody at the organization & its donors .
This is one of the non-profit organizations, that I will not let a year go by without donating. As much as I would love to be financially able to give more than I do, I give what I can. After all, our “Fallen Heroes,” gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
The least anyone can do is to donate to this organization that helps the children of these “Fallen Heroes.”
I have known a child of one of these heroes, and from the time I met her, and heard the story about her dad, I knew that I would try to be there in any capacity I could be, whether to physically be there for her, or make a monetary donation to this great organization to help more children, like this young woman.
My beautiful granddaughter happens to be a Goldstar surviving child. With the addition to losing her father in the war, life has been quite challenging for her. Between serious health issues she has battled all her life and some disabilities, this organization has been a constant throughout her entire life. They have never stopped being there for her and have helped her tremendously. As a grandparent I’m so so thankful for them.
As a military Mom myself, I cannot imagine the trials of taking care of gold star children after a parent has sacrificed their life for this wonderful country. I am so thankful for non profits like this that help these families out.
We owe it to our heroes to take care of the ones they left behind. It’s the very least we can do.
This organization is absolutely incredible. My brother is a vet and they have helped in so many ways from, Christmas to household bills. Without it I don’t know what he would have done, not just once. But a couple of times. The help that they offer is literally life changing and we are and will be forever grateful.
I am not a veteran myself but Dad is a vet. I’m so thankful to every man and women that have laid their line on the life for this country. My small little business has supported this nonprofit for a number of years. I have volunteered as help at some of their events and it’s so close to see such a camaraderie between the families of the fallen and disabled veterans. It really touches my heart. I cannot think of a better organization to support than this organization.
This amazing and wonderful nonprofit has helped my family many times. They're just incredible and even though they're the small guy with a small budget, they do more than most of these large military nonprofits that are just there to turn a profit. I am grateful they are in their lives! ❤️
This organization has been there for my family on many occasions, helping to fill some of the gaps that were opened after my niece lost her father during his deployment. They have provided emotional, moral, and financial support during many dire times of need.
Where do I even Begin. This non profit is not like a typical non profit. They are a family. Miss Rebbecca is one of gods angels. I truly Believe that. My house had flooded due to the hurricane. With no where to go and no help, she drove many hours to come help me on an emergent basis. No non profit would do that. Thank you for everything you did for me.
The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has stood by and helped our family for 19 years now. The tragic loss we had to endure is painful and has never gone away, but we are stronger and remain hopeful with the real love and support Ms. Becky provides to us. She has never closed her door and is the only organization that reaches out to us on a monthly basis. We have been homeless, in need of food, clothing, vehicle repairs, help with water, lights, and for the past 19 years she has always been there. I have no idea how she knows a family is struggling, but she does and she reaches out always just in time. No one has ever, ever been there for me and my family. She is like a big sister, a great friend, and a Nana to my children. God bless you! We love you so much and would not be where we our without your love, support, encouragement, and prayers.
The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund helped me and my family get through the rough holidays this past year by providing assistance with our utilities and three brand new bicycles for my children. They listen to the families and offer emotional support that far surpasses what any other organization has done for us. God Bless this organization, always. We are grateful for their love and support.
I am so grateful for the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund for coming to our rescue in our time of need. I am a military spouse who relocated out of state for work. Three months later my job decided to close its location , with no automatic job placement. I didn’t know where to turn and Becky was amazing in making sure my family and I could keep a roof over our heads as well as offering emotional support. I want to give Becky and her organization a huge thank you!
My Vet Center therapist put me in touch with Becky Campbell, Founder/CEO of the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund. I didn’t have any expectations; in fact, I really had no idea our paths would cross. I’m a 100% service-connected P&T disabled combat veteran. I have 15 service connected disabilities, some of which are quite serious and require a caregiver (my wife). They have affected me physically and mentally. I’ve had to deal with a lot over the past 15 years; most times hindered by my own government. But 2023 has been by far the hardest year of my life and has affected my family (my wife and two daughters) in a way that I pray never happens to anyone. Things are still going on with that, and it’s very private and personal. The few people who do know have been very supportive and Becky is now one of those people. Her organization selflessly and generously helped my family during the holiday season by providing monetary assistance in the form of gift cards for Christmas and my younger daughter’s birthday (which is just before Christmas). I have spent the majority of 2023 in prayer and studying scripture; reading devotionals, trying to find my place and purpose in this broken world. My spirits have been kept up by the promises that have been revealed to me in God’s Word. While my troubles will still persist, I now face them with spiritual weapons, rather than earthly ones. Becky’s timing and support for my family strengthened my faith and is truly a gift from God. Her organization has undoubtedly allowed my family to enjoy Christmas through their gifts. And I am truly and sincerely grateful, honored, and thankful. To all the donors and sponsors who contribute to the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, I want to thank you as well for your contributions and support, without which families such as mine would not receive this kind of assistance. One day, I hope to be able to pay it forward. Until then, I’m enlightened to see a group that truly understands what it’s like to struggle, especially during the holidays. Thank you again and God Bless!!

Thank you for your service, your kind words, and for acknowledging our kind donors. We are happy to be able to assist you and your family during your crucial time of need and I personally will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Have a blessed 2024!
I can’t express enough how helpful this organization has been to me and my family! They have gone out of their way to help find donations to make sure that our children still had an amazing Christmas that they can tell stories to their children when they grow up.
In our rough times due to unfortunate circumstances they have dug us out of this depression with more than one way. They gave us most importantly hope for the future and gifts for our children. We are grateful for the donors and how quickly you guys are able to organize and get it out to us. Again thank you Becky and donors! We are very appreciative and grateful.

We are happy to be able to help you and your family during the Christmas season! May each day bring you joy, happiness, and the best of everything in life. God Bless you all! Merry Christmas!!
This organization is amazing. It’s so personalized to each individual which you never find and any other nonprofit. When the shingles on my roof started falling off and water was getting in, I did not have the means to repair it. They helped me out and I’m so thankful for that.
Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has been very instrumental in helping my family for more than 16 years when my son was 6 years old up through his college years. Their support has been overwhelming from the emotional, financial, and educational sides including helping us with clothing, furnishings, rent, groceries, utilities, college dorm needs, tuition, books, and everything that we needed in our dire times of need. They consider all needs based on the child/children and make every effort to provide the support needed. The emotional well-being of their military veteran & Goldstar families are always their upmost concern and we are forever grateful to them for their love & care is unmatched. Thank you Ms. Campbell & Ms. Jones for standing by and with us when no one else would.
May family is all military and I donated religiously to this wonderful organization. They get almost no funding due to larger non profits who pay themselves well off the backs of their donors. Every year we fundraise for them. It may not be much but every dime helps.
Incredible!! This organization has been so kind to me during my first year of college. They donated more to my schooling than all these other larger non profits and they get very little donations. Thank u sooooo much Ms Campbell
As a Retired Soldier I have seen & have volunteered with many nonprofit organizations', however, cfsrf.org is Second to None!! I have been Privilege & Honored to have met several Gold Star Families members at events that Ms. Campbell organizations' has Spearheaded & just seeing the similes on all the faces of the family members of Gold Star Families & Injured Military Families having fun, is Priceless!!!
Ms. Campbell & her immediate family started this grass root organization on 23/Oct/2003 & she turned it into A Super Great Nonprofit Organization!!!

Children of fallen soldiers is an amazing non profit agency that helped my daughter with her tuition her freshman year in college. Becky was amazing and personally reached out to me and my daughter. We are so fortunate to have received an award. Thank you for making it possible.
We lost my Husband to PTSD when my son was very little. Going through that kind of trauma changes a person. Took my body years to be out of fight or flight mode. Being alone is hard task asking for help is worse than being alone. Becky really does care about every family she helps. We spent long period of time just talking like friends . Sharing our Ups and downs, where we came from and where we want to be. I am forever grateful to be a part of The Children Of Fallen Soilders group. From the bottom of my heart thank you

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the extraordinary work this organization does for military families. Becky is truly a Godsend, pouring her heart and soul into her mission to support those who have lost loved ones in service to military and Veteran community.
CFSRF is not just an organization that talks the talk, but one that walks the walk. They go above and beyond in delivering essential goods and services directly to their clients. From financial assistance, educational support, community, mentorship, and everything in between, they make a tangible difference in the lives of those they serve. It is truly heartwarming to witness their dedication and commitment firsthand.
What sets CFSRF apart is their strong-knit community. It's not just about providing assistance; it's about creating a lasting bond with Veterans and their families. Becky, with her compassionate spirit, takes these brave individuals under her wing, ensuring they never feel alone in their journey. This sense of community and support is invaluable and provides a lifeline for those who may be struggling.
I cannot emphasize enough how vital this organization is. The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has saved countless lives, providing hope and healing to military families across the nation. Their unwavering dedication and love for others are truly inspiring.
In a world where challenges can seem insurmountable, CFSRF reminds us that love conquers all. They demonstrate the power of unity, compassion, and genuine care. To Becky Campbell and the entire team at CFSRF, I extend my deepest gratitude. Thank you for being the light that shines in the darkest times and for making a remarkable difference in the lives of our heroes and their families.

I'm so thankful for this organization. They have helped me ensure that I exit college debt free and continue to be a doctor. The CEO is a kind and generous person who has ensured everything is set for me to succeed. Without this organization, I wouldn't know where I would be as of right now.

Thank you so very much for your kind words. We are so passionate about what we do and believe in making everyday better for you! I am so excited and happy for you! You made the DEAN'S LIST!! They did so much for my niece when she was sick as a little kid and have continued to be a huge support to her. Their ceo is literally the most generous and kind loving person you could ever meet. She puts her heart and soul into his awesome organization. Thank you
Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, Inc. has meant so much to so many families. The impact of this program ranges nationwide and it helps the families who are left behind their love one that made the ultimate sacrifice for this country. The individual who runs this program is a bibs of information and she gives of herself daily. I am proud to support this organization and we need more like it! Thanks for all you do!
This nonprofit means so much to so many. There are too many children without a parent because they were there for our Country. Now we need to be there for them and that is what this nonprofit does. Please give what you can, when you can.
This non profit has and does continue to support so many of my friends and the families I am connected to. I am grateful for the work your doing to help assist and change lives. Thank you for being a pillar of hope among the fallen. Your surely giving back abundantly.
This is not your average military nonprofit. This is a personal experience with what I consider to be the most giving kindest person my family has ever met. Mis Campbell runs this nonprofit. People don’t realize what she does. She goes way above and beyond what any CEO would ever do. How many people would jump on a flight to be beside a veteran who is having a mental health crisis? I can’t think of anyone else that would ever do that. God broke the mold when he made this woman. Every spare change I get, every last cent, I donate to this nonprofit because I know the money actually goes to the families.

Every year my 3rd grade class does a bake sale and lemonade sale to raise money for this amazing non profit. We may not raise much, but they are always thankful for what we donate. Everyone has the ability to help and make change in the world.
Apparently I did not realize that my G.I. Bill had run out after taking classes this summer. It’s hard to keep track of it. I started to panic and I didn’t know what to do. This foundation helped me cover my tuition for the upcoming fall semester. As well as covering the cost of my books and other expenses related. Thank you for saving me. I am humbled by your kindness

Thank you so very much for your kind words. We are so passionate about what we do and believe in making everyday better for you!! You have been a member of our family for almost 15 years, and will continue to be. Love & hugs to you!! God Bless and be with you always.
After my husband died we had some issues with our children in regards to their health. So many unexpected expenses and as a widow I just couldn’t keep up. This organization was paramount to the recovery of our kids. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. I will never forget everything you did for us
What can I say that hasn’t been said already about this incredible organization. My family has been through some trying times and Mrs. Campbell was there for every crisis we have had. I can’t think of a better organization for people to donate to
This organization is amazing. I served in Fallujah 04-05 battle of Phantom Fury. Since being out this organization has help so many families that I served with. They also help out a non profit called casting freedom. The program gets vets on the water with a rod and real to decompress and deal with some stuff they have going on. I appreciate everything that this organization does and continue to do. Semper Fi.
I can't thank, Rebecca and the Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund enough for helping my family and I out in a very chaotic and financially troublesome time. If it were not for the donors and the relief fund, I would not have been able to attend college. I am now a full time Computer Engineering student at Christopher Newport University. This was all made possible by the last minute efforts of the wonderful donors of the Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund.
I will always be grateful for you all!
Sincerely,
Brittney Perkins
So thankful for this organization. They helped me and my wife when we had twins with some supplies to take care of them. Also a subdivision of this organization is Casting Freedom. What a great group. They help all veterans with the tools needed to get out on the water to fish, to destress and come back to piece of mind. Without these two groups I don’t know where I’d be.
Children of fallen soldiers has been an amazing resourse and support system for me when I transferred out of the Marines on November 18th 2019. I’ve been able to connect with some like minded individuals and have made some good friends.
I am excited and pleased to review this AWESOME organization. I am a disabled Veteran of 30 years, and one day, and I have had the pleasure of working with this organization for the last six years. I have witnessed what this organization does for family members of the fallen. Rebecca Campbell, the President, reviews every case and personally provides assistance to the Children of the Fallen Relief Fund. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to help provide assistance and education funds to these special family members. There is no other organization that is more rewarding to work with and support. Thank you, Children, Of the Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, Inc., for all you do for the families of the Fallen service members. Children of the Fallen Relief Fund, Inc., is a non-profit organization that operates solely on donations.
Thank you to this wonderful organization for helping with my college scholarship. I attend Millersville University studying Computer Science. If it was not for this organization I would not have the things that I needed for school. I would like to tell everyone that this organization is the best and they are always there when my family needs them. Thank you again for helping me start my college career.
Always

I am so grateful for this organization. The help from Ms.Campbell during Hurricane Ida made it possible for me to remain focused on school, relieved stress and provided some hope during such a chaotic time.

I stand amazed...for a person like me, this is almost a dream. Due to my fear of judgment or rejection; I am not the one to ask for anything. I was welcomed with opened arms & given a sense of priority. This is more than I could have ever expected. You have provided me with the tools needed to continue my educational journey & further endeavors. I want express my endless gratitude and appreciation. I will not take for granted this opportunity to pay it forward.
To the donors, partners & friends of the Children Of Fallen Soldiers relief fund, I thank you.
Please continue to assist, provide & comfort.
Ms. Campbell allows me to excel in college by alleviating my financial stress. Thank you Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund
After my dad passed away, it's been difficult for my mom to provide for my siblings and I by herself. Ms.Rebecca Campbell and this entire foundation are amazing individuals. Ms.Becky specifically has helped me and my brother so much through our college experience, and we want to thank her whole-heartedly for everything!
Children of the Fallen Soldiers has allowed me to follow my dreams. With their support both financially and otherwise, I have so many people rooting for me and there for me if I need anything at all. This is a beautiful community to be a part of and I am so lucky to have earned a place in it. The people are so helpful and kind and I go to the most amazing college because of them. Thank you a million times, you have made everything possible.
Thank you so much to Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund for paying for our flight to CA for my husband’s building dedication at DLIFLC. We weren’t sure what to do with the pandemic but our son, Jason was born there so I took him with me. Our daughter stayed behind with her grandparents.
It means a lot to us that we are still remembered. It has been a brutal 16 years without him and our children were only 5 and 9 months old when he was KIA OEF.
I know my husband in heaven would want to thank you too.
Thank you so much to the organization, Ms Campbell of course and everyone who has donated and helped keep it going. I and my family, my husband’s family sincerely thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for their generosity and for remembering my husband and family.
We didn’t get to take a picture with the four of us before he deployed but luckily I got the three of them.
When I reached out to this nonprofit during high school, I was just hoping for a bit of help with upcoming college payments. I had no expectations for the aid I would be given, but every bit helps right? I was blown away by the result. I felt so humbled by the support they gave me and I still feel extremely thankful now, they're kind and understanding people that genuinely want to help others. I greatly appreciate how they're impacting my life and studies, since I could not be in school without them. THANK YOU!
I would like to extend my deepest thank you to the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund for recognizing not only my dad’s sacrifice during his military service, but the many children that you recognize for having relatives (parents) that have given some or all in the spirit of serving their country. Your recognition and support is so greatly appreciated because you understand what it means to be a part of this unique group of people who sacrifice in order to support and defend this great nation of ours. Thank you again, for all that you do to honor veterans and military families across our great nation.
I can't thank Becky and the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund enough for all the kindness and support they have provided me and my family. Through a series of fully paid for events, I was reconnected with my military family, particularly, other combat vets. It is impossible to explain just what that means to non-military.
Following a terrible accident resulting in serious injuries, Becky and the CoFSRF provided absolutely vital emotional and financial support which kept us afloat. Being unable to work, we would not have been able to pay our bills workout their support. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund is an amazing organization whose founder truly loves and cares for the hundreds or thousands of military veterans and families she helps.

Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund (CFSRF) has assisted me in an enormous way. I am attending Hampton University and participating in their 5 year MBA program. Initially my family and I were not sure how we would pay for it, but thanks to the generosity of CFSRF the financial burden has been reduced significantly. THANK YOU!!!
I am the son of a fallen Veteran who served 20 years in the U.S. Army. My widowed mother has been doing a great job staying strong and supporting my 6 sisters and I. However, with my two oldest sisters and I in college, we struggle to cover education expenses. Thanks to the support from Ms. Rebecca Campbell and the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, I am able to earn my degree (Financial Actuarial Mathematics, B.S.) and continue Army ROTC training at UCLA. Thank you for supporting me in my goals, and helping make my dad proud in heaven.
The organization is very near and dear to my heart. They afforded me the opportunity to attend my first reunion 6 years ago. I was able to pay to get there. But they helped me with my hotel for the time I was there. Then a few years later when my wife and I were on our 6 year delayed honeymoon, we were given a gift while we spent a week in DC. I love this organization. They have helped me and so many of my brothers. I help them anytime I am able.

The generosity they have shown myself and countless others gives me more faith in humanity than ever before. They truly made me feel as if me and my family were taken care of, and by complete strangers at that. Fostering an environment of love for our brothers in arms and making a huge difference in our tight knit community. I cannot thank you guys enough.
This non profit has provided me with many things including a new computer, and i am very thankful for that because I needed one to do my online school work. They have also helped out my family a lot and have done many good things. They are an amazing non profit.
I am a United States Marine and Purple Heart recipient. My military records were incomplete do to the majority of my leaders being killed in action. I was in treatment for my injuries and unable to work. I couldn't find any help and then Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund stepped in. They saved me and my family. I got my Purple Heart and benefits. They have continued to support our 3 beautiful children to this day. I would not have the life that I have today without this organization. They truly saved my life. I thought there was no hope and they were there for me when no one else was. I am so thankful for Becky and the organization. They truly help the veteran community and have saved so many others like myself. Thank you so much. Semper Fi

My husband had had been laid off for about two months which put our family of five behind on all of our bills. We knew he would go back to work eventually and we were struggling to keep our head above water. The added stress made life at home difficult as my husband is a 100% Disabled Veteran with PTSD and TBI. The Children of the Fallen Relief Fund stepped in and assisted our family and provided much needed groceries for our family. The assistance made a huge impact on our family and we are forever greatful.
Me and my husband relocated here in Florida for my Pharmacist Internship program at Florida hospital last August 1 , 2018. October 13, 2018 my husband complaint for sudden onset of dizziness and headache. I brought him to a Veterans Clinic. He was diagnosed of heart attacked. Right there and then he was transported to Veterans medical center for further medical worked up and management.
Per angiogram, it shows that he had a lot of arterial blockages on his heart which needs immediate intervention. He was discharged with home medications. 2 months later,
he underwent a heart bypass (quintuple). 24 hrs. post procedure, my husband was already
ambulating. On the same day, he was complaining of left sided pain which radiates to the back. 48 hrs. post surgery, he had another heart attacked. He was comatose for 13 hrs. Considering his age (54 yrs old) he was able to back up. However, such event leads to a lot of complications which causes his demised.
I have nothing to do but to accept the fact that I need to survive by myself amidst of the pain for his sudden loss. On top of that I was not earning, because I was completely lost. Veterans affair is helping me a little bit for me to pay some of my bills. However, most of the time I'm late in paying my bills especially my rent. Ms. Rebecca Campbell stepped in. She helped me pay most of my bills for the month of January 2020. It was an amazing act because if not with her, I will be homeless. This foundation is very reliable especially in times
immediate need. Becky, stood by me in times of despair. This foundation help me to realize that amidst all the set backs , I need to pick up my self and face the challenges of life. I believe that I still have a good life ahead of me. May it be that this foundation will continue to flourish as they continue on their advocacy in helping the military surviving spouse and family as whole. God Speed!
An amazing organization!! I can't even begin to describe how it feels to know that someone has your back when life happens and you need help. Especially as a vet, I'm used to handling my own problems, but the amount of help and encouragement and resources I've received from Ms. Rebecca is overwhelming. Thank you so much!
If not for this organization I would have lost some of my va benefits . They really went above and beyond for my family and I. I can never thank them enough . My car my family only car broke down on the way to the va . About a month went by and I missed a bunch of appt. let alone couldn’t go to the store or anywhere . Miss. Rebecca helped me and my family get a suv and just really helped in so many ways my family is so grateful and can’t thank you or the organization enough.

This organization just blessed and saved my family. I received a water shut off notice and the city wouldn't wait until the first and were going to cut it off tomorrow morning leaving me my wife and three kids without water for almost two weeks. Thank you for the college scholarship offered to my son Joseph. Even though Joseph ended up not needing financial assistance this year, the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund offered to keep his file open in case his situation change. This gives me so much comfort that he has support in case he needs it. A piece of mind for a mother is priceless.
I would like to thank you and CFSRF for all you have done for the Gold Star Families and Marines of the battle.
It has been very therapeutic for me personally to be able to attend these events. I also see that the impact these Reunions have on both the Families of the fallen and the Marines who served alongside the KIA's while in Fallujah.
I hope these Reunions will continue to grow in the future. I think this is an important part in the healing process for the families dealing with thier loss, helping Marines cope with the losses they endured while in the fight and it also provides therapy for some of Us experiencing PTSD symptoms.
So again thank you for all you have done for this cause!
This has been the ONLY non profit who has supported our family since day one in 2011. In emergencies.. with late night phone calls that saved a life.. to allowing our family to stay at The Patriot House in Falling Waters, WV.. to financial support when the VA allowed us to go homeless. This is by FAR the greatest non profit there ever has been and ever will be. It has saved our family.. our home.. just us in general! The founder Rebecca Campbell is SO AMAZING! She lost her son who proudly served in the Army.. and now... she see serves her families as her son served our country... with pride... dedication.. commitment.. and above all LOVE from the biggest heart in hhe world! Thank you CFSRF and Becky for holding us so tightly when the last string was about to break! You saved us!!

It was the summer of 2018 just 6 or 7 months after purchasing our 1st home in West Virginia when we fell on hard times financially. At the time we didn't know anything about charities that helped military families or any charities surrounding us for that matter nor were we looking. My husband happened to see a post on Facebook looking for help for some repairs on a place called The patriot house. He responded to this and offered his time on the weekends with our children included to get this up and running for our veterans and their families. Ms Becky Campbell whom is the CEO of cfsrf also runs the Patriot house as well. We had no clue of her amazing non profit organization until one day when we sat down together to gather info of one another. There we learned that her organization helped families like us who had fallen on hard times.. A true blessing in disguise I'd say. This organization was there for us when we truly needed it and has been a great help for our family since then. We have 7 children and a couple are in sports. I'm sure most know how extremely expensive it can be to keep up with one child in sports let alone multiple children at once. CFSRF has helped us tremendously by gifting our children funds to play the sports they love!! Thank you Ms Becky Campbell for this organization and all of your hard work that you put into this day in and night out, because of you soo many people, including us have struggled less.
Where do I start... this organization is such a blessing I’m an upcoming senior in college and without this organization, I’d still be at home wishing I was where I am now. This organization has brung me out of so many funks so many jams. I thank God for this organization. I love this organization and I can’t wait to give back. This organization deserves more than 5 stars if I could give it a million I would!! They've helped me obtain scholarships, helped me with car troubles. When I feel all alone this organization is here to pick me up.
Words can't explain how I feel about this organization. Its because of this organization the reason I am alive today I'm so grateful because they made me believe again, They helped me and my family when we thought no one was there the fixed our drain line, bought us a mew AC unit, helped with some of our bills and helped us get a vehicle. They never turn a Veteran in need down.
This is organization is one of the very few good ones out here, a real life changer. My father died in Iraq in 2003 and ever since then Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has been helping me get through life. Ms. Becky is one of the most genuine people there is
There aren't enough words to describe how much I truly appreciate the finical support my family has recieved from the Children of fallen Soldiers relief fund. Most of all I have gained a forever family in Monica, She's truly an Angel, she constantly checks on my daughter and I just to make sure we are doing well. This foundation has the heart of the families they serve at its core.
Love Miaya & PW
They're truly an amazing organization. Every single time I've spoken with Monica, you can tell she actually cares about each individual situation. It means the world to us that they were able to help and we couldn't be more grateful.

When I needed help with basics for my son they were there, full support and unbelievably kind. I'm still amazed at the kindness.
It is with great honor to write this all too simple of a message about COFSRF and Becky. These few words I put together are in zero comparison to what the organization and Becky do for not only my fam and I, but What it’s all about. There are not a lot of people and/or orgs that will stop everything just to make sure that all is well. I thank God for COFSRF and Becky and her boy David for all of the service and sacrifices! So much love! Semper Fi!
This foundation is very amazing! I’ve personally never been involved in a foundation that has done so much for the veteran community. Miss Becky Campbell deeply and truly cares about us! She has given her life to make so many great things happen for great people. I am beyond honored to help her with this passion and also honored to call her my friend! If I could I would work side by side with her every day to help her honor her son. To little David: thanks for all your sacrifices brother. They will never be forgotten or go unnoticed. God bless Children of fallen soldiers relief fund
This year, CFSRF went above and beyond for the Battle of Fallujah veterans. Because of CFSRF, approximately 30 Marines and Corpsman were able to get together to build on the brotherhood they established in battle 14 years ago.
Becky's phone is always on to answer a call from a veteran battling the demons that have taken too many of our lives. Her understanding and willingness to open her heart to vets has, without question, saved lives.
As a married couple we have been through a lot of unplanned issues in life we were pretty much on a downwards spiral becoming homeless from a result of losing our home and car. Veterans and their families need more help and less being judged harshly, by the help of this organization my husband and I have a really nice home that we are truly blessed with. The help and support is what we needed to get back on our feet and a second chance to have a real life together. Thank you for your help without it we could have never achieved it.
As a surviving widow, I have had some downs. I recently moved to another state to better myself and my children’s lives. As most of you know, moving is expensive. The Children Of Fallen Soldiers Reliefs Fund, was right there when I needed help. They were able to provide groceries when I needed it. Thank you to all who have helped fill our bellies.
Children of fallen soldiers relief has really helped my family and I during a difficult time.without them I don’t know what we would have done.
Miss Becky,
3 years ago, I was in the dumps. I had no money, no hope, and it felt like no future. I had fallen in with a group of veteran hucksters who suckered me. It was partially my own fault but it drained my savings after a couple years.
Destitute, living in my truck, and alone, you called me at the behest of some of members of my former unit. You called and offered me money, which I turned down as I had a job, albeit not one that paid much. The most important thing you offered me was a solution. You asked if I had thought about going back to school. I had always wanted to be a lawyer but never thought I could do it. But, your encouragement inspired me to at least try.
I’m pleased to share with you this: I am now in my final semester of my bachelor’s program where I’ll be graduating with a 4.0 GPA. I have also been accepted into Saint Louis University School of Law and will be starting in August of with year with full funding from the VA.
The whole journey began with your kind words and pragmatic approach to helping me find a solution to my problem. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and am not exaggerating when I say that you very well saved my life by helping me see past my current situation and realize what is possible.

Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund is an amazing non profit. I needed help with critical home repairs and they didnt hesitate to help me. They have been so easy to work with. I don't know what I would have done with out them.
Children of the Fallen Soldiers Relief is a great organization and they helped both of my daughters. I was injured in Iraq and I cannot express how good the organization was to both my daughters.
Im happy to hear that this charity brings support and comfort to dear friends of mine. I know it made a positive influence in their lives. Its always nice to hear about the wonderful good this nonprofit does. I hope it gets continued praise and grows bigger so it can be around for a long time
A friend of mine lost her fiance and their daughter has gone through a lot. You are the only group who has helped them.
Awesome. Amazing. Caring. Helpful.
5 stars aren’t nearly enough.
CFSRF has helped so many families and they do it all with compassion, kindness and generosity. Wonderful organization.
Wonderful organization!! Has been there for my friend and her daughter when they needed it most! Thank you for all you do!!
I needed help with my taxes. I contacted the organization and spoke with Mrs. Campbell personally. She took my I information and my taxes were paid promptly and again the next year! Thank you CFSRF!!!
CFSRF is a wonderful organization of caring individuals that will help in anyway possible to assist your son or daughter to gain a scholarship. Monica was very helpful with my son during the entire process. We cannot say enough great things about this terrific organization.
CFSRF is a wonderful organization of caring individuals that want to do everything in their power to help meet the needs of military families who have lost a service member or are otherwise affected by combat disabilities. In our case, their assistance has been through a gracious scholarship offering to allow my daughter to pursue a future to brighten the lives of others and hopefully someday help future heroes get back on their feet through Physical Therapy. But please read the other postings as CFSRF clearly supports our veteran families through many other hardships that could have directed their lives down a completely different path if it weren't for their help. Monica has been a pleasure to work with, and portrays the heart of the organization who genuinely cares about those they support. If you are able, please help to support CFSRF financially so they are able to continue stepping in to make a difference at these critical times in the lives of families who have already given of themselves for their country.
After losing 50+ Marines in the battle of Fallujah, iraq many of us felt lost and confused about how to deal with PTSD without our brothers to help us cope. We left the Marines and returned to our home towns spread out across the country. It felt like our family had been broken up from a bad divorce or something. A few of the men put together a reunion, but without funding it wasn't going to be much, and few could afford to go. CFSRF stepped up and provided the funding and organization to make our reunion unforgettable! They even flew many of the disabled Marines to the event (myself included). Miss Becky became our adopted battalion mom and gave all of us hope, pride, and esprit de corps that so many of us needed. She has helped us reestablish our bonds and heal the invisible wounds of war. We are grateful and forever in her debt! Semper Fi Becky

Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund provided airfare for me to attend the 9th annual 1/3 Fallujah Veterans Reunion in St. Petersburg Florida. I hadn't seen any of my veteran brothers in those nine years and it was very therapeutic to reunite with them. If it weren't for this organization I wouldn't have been able to go. Thanks so much for caring about us!
The girls at CFSRF work very hard helping our military families we love giving to a real charity whose hearts and dedication are in the right place!
We are so grateful for your help! If it weren't for your organization our son would not have been able to get the proper orthodontal work he so desperately needed. We called everywhere and no one would help and many charities would not even return our calls. Your organization not only paid the $4000.00, but spent time making sure I myself was taking care of my own well-being. Having a husband who is 100% disabled and a son with so many of his own needs had taken a toll on me, but you gave me suggestions on methods or relaxation and even offered to send me a care package with bath salts, essential oils, etc. just so I could relax. The CFSRF really takes care of their families with love and kindness and doesn't shut you out. Thank you we are so very grateful and blessed to be part of your family!

My Dad died in 2006 when his Mgator hit an Ied. As difficult and sad as his loss was, It would not be the last tragic thing to happen to my family. A few years after my Father died, my Mom would become sick. Then I was diagnosed with a tumor near my brainstem. My Mom and I have continued to fight for our lives for what feels like an eternity. Mrs. Campbell has never stopped helping us, ever. She has done so much for my family. This organization has become part of my family. Words fail to express my gratitude and the love I have for Becky. She is one in a million. We love you Mrs. Campbell
Ms. Becky and the CFSRF has been an amazing entity in my and my daughter's life in the past 10 years. The foundation helped my daughter and I after Katrina washed away my entire house a year after I lost my husband in the war on terrorism. They have also been a tremendous blessing for my child during Christmas. She truly tries to help everyone she can. God bless her and this foundation.
The help my family received from this charity restored hope for our family. Words can never express the sincere gratitude we have. Becky Campbell and this organization have done an amazing job helping soooo many veterans and the families of the fallen.
CFSRF helped me finance and pursue my goal of attending a prestigious academic institution. I am very grateful!
After my husband died in Afghanistan I became disabled after multiple car accidents and was left to raise my daughter on my own, I lost my job and couldn't pay the bills. My daughter and I had to go to the local food pantry for them to give us food weekly, I was behind on all the bills... I never received the life insurance given to most widows after death of the husbands. My daughter and I were barley making it by until I found this blessing... Becky and Monica have been exactly that nothing but a BLESSING..They paid all my bills I was behind on so I can buy food and other necessities we needed. They even helped us with our Thanksgiving dinner!! They didn't stop there and gave my daughter the best Christmas ever. Without them helping us out I'm sure we would've been in a much different position. I couldn't thank you enough. God bless you Becky and Monica. I'm sure my husband was smiling down from heaven for helping his girls out.
The Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has been absolutely amazing! I lost my father at a very young age during OEF. Since that time, I have had to prioritize working in order to help support my family. While conducting a web search, I stumbled across the website for CFSRF, which seemed almost too good to be true. I reached out via email and received such a heart-warming response. Each ensuing encounter with the CFSRF, and Mrs. Campbell in particular, has been unbelievably pleasant. With the assistance and support of CFSRF, I have been very fortunate to be able to continue my academic pursuit of a biomedical degree as well as continued personal growth here at NCCU. For that opportunity, I want to personally thank the CFSRF for their kindness and willingness to help me achieve my academic goals. Glancing at some of the other postings, I see that the good deeds performed by the CFSRF ranges far and wide. Please continue the outstanding work. Thank you immensely!!!
I am so thankful for Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund. Without them my mortgage wouldn't have been able to be paid and our children wouldn't have had a Christmas. Last year my husband had a mental break down and ended up in a psych ward right after Thanksgiving. They were there for me and my kids while he was away when we had no one else.
This organization really goes out of their way to help. They have always been there for the Fallujah vets, and their families. We owe them a great Debt of gratitude. Thank you.
There's no better organization out there that helps military families especially the children's. CFSRF will always have a special place in my heart
I was having a difficult time after returning home from deployment and began to isolate once depression sat in. Feeling alone and misunderstood by those who hadn't been in the service; family and friends I began to drink and slowly spiraled into a deeper depression and wanted to give up. A brother I had served with encouraged me to go to the VA and I finally did only to discover that I was one in thousands waiting in line for help. After initiating contact with them and filing the numerous forms they required I still am waiting for help. My brother reached out to me again and then asked if I would be willing to speak with Becky at Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, I finally agreed. She called and after breaking down the barriers I had put up I finally realized that not only did have choices, but I had someone who I had never met reach out, listen and offer me solid answers and good choices so that I could move forward with my life. I began school again and am just recently beginning to spend time with close family and friends. She said "one day at a time", and that's what I am doing. Everyday I get closer to realizing just one dream and doing my best to be positive is a day closer to survival. Thank you there really are no words to express my gratitude for this organization and Becky there have been so many doors that were closed not just on me, but many of my other brothers. I hope to be able to give a little back in the future to this compassionate and heartfelt organization.
This organization truly cares for the families of the fallen. They GO above and beyond. My son who is the son of a fallen hero was shot on good Friday of this year. The CEO and founder came from her home to be with us I myself a 90%disabled veteran HOW I would have gotten through this I DON'T know PLEASE DONATE this is a small orginazation WITH a huge heart!!!
A Charity Providing help to children left behind. CFSRF has provided college scholarships and more to those in need of financial assistance, not to mention the guidance and support to the spouses and veterans Becky provides. This is a wonderful charity and an awesome person behind it.

Thank you Becky and CFSRF for all you do for Gold Star Families. We appreciate all of your hard work, love and support. Our family has known Becky and CFSRF since around 2005. They provided our family with financial support shortly after loosing my husband when things were very uncertain along with help for college. It's simple...Becky and CFSRF cares about military families and tries to help them any way that she can.

I have seen first hand the work that this organization Children of the Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund has done. They have helped so many veterans and their families when they had no where else to turn. The VA itself takes so long to get any help from. CFSRF has not only financially helps these families but they support them at all hours of the day and night emotionally. The stories that they hear and the tears that they cry along with these families is heart wrenching. CFSRF is an organization that I am very proud to support and be a part of. They are truly a blessing to all troops and their families.

What does “support the troops” mean? A thank you? A gift package during the holidays? …Ribbons…? Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, Inc.shows the true meaning of “supporting our troops”. We pray for our service men, women, and their families (our heroes), and we lift this organization up in prayer. We thank Children Of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund, Inc. for their service to our military families. Thank you Becky, God bless you, Monica, and all the others who walk by your side!!!

This letter is hard to put into words; people go about their busy lives seldom stopping to wonder. "Should we have taken out extra life insurance?". Or "what life might be like if all the family they know might one day, just disappear?". We might watch the news for the weather and filter out the world news or the shooting that happen across town. We might even have a cousin, struggling with an issue that we know we should call but we will get around to it, sometime soon, sometime. We haven't forgotten them. We are all just so busy!
I confess I have been so busy at times trying to fill the gaps in life that I once took an entire cruise thinking that one organization sent my young sons and I to meet a dozen other people busily trying to network a new normal for our lives after a tidal wave of trauma had swept my little family out to sea. I wrote a long article of amazement and gratitude for all I had learned on the cruise. I sent it to the wrong organization. I made a few friends on that cruise but 10 years later; there is only one faithful person that has stood by, checked in and consistently stood in the gap. Becky Campbell inquired about scholarship funding when I was going through college and not really making ends meet. She provided scholarships that supported when no one else understood. She sent Mother's Day gifts when my boys were too young to buy them alone. She shared the gift of generosity with others by pairing my boys with other families during the Christmas holidays. When my mother died she knew the right words to put into the card that I held at yet another funeral. When the boys got older and interested in sports she was their sponsor the long distance cheerleader that found the way for them to compete at nationals.
We don't have family we have Becky Campbell and the children of the fallen. Not because a soldier in my family sacrificed for his country and not because there is a charitable organization but because Becky Campbell stood to mind the gap over the long and busy highway we have traveled together. We don't write letters anymore we text we email we call on holidays and when we can't get through the tears and type with our thumbs we use voice command and we talk very slow. Autocorrect does not share the tears or the sniffles and it doesn't mind how long you have to pause to regain your composure. See there really are no words except to say that Becky Campbell and the children of the fallen mind the gap and filled the supporting rafters of our house.
Thank you. Thank you. I have lost family, I have had fellow veterans commit suicide in recent years and Becky’s wisdom and support has granted encouragement and has helped me to reach out to give back and return to the world, to accept the ups and downs of helping other veterans and to take care of myself and find the joy of watching my children grow. I can't say these things about any member of my family. I really respect her ability to focus on what is empathy. She has uplifted my boys in turn in so many ways that they remind me often of all the happy memories Becky has encouraged us to share. We have so many important accomplishments and now we slow down & appreciate this organization. It has meant so much to have Becky in our lives.

Once upon a time, my family and I were going through what most injured combat veteran go through when getting out of service, is the not be able to get a job, selling everything you own just to be able to feed your family. We were trained by the best in the field, we cherish every waking day in uniform, being around your brothers and sister everyday , made our day. We trained as we fought, we fought as we trained. Military has a way of thinking, to accomplish the mission, we adapted, and over come.
Once your out of the military, the uniform is out too. the brotherhood that was a lived by for the last 12 years out the door. You dont have access to the options once there. the family once had, all taken away because the contract is done. But you see, not for Children of fallen soldier relief fund.
this organization is the definltion of family. They are their even if you own family is not. I am so glad that the foundation was able to assist my family through financial crisis. with the schools turning over to computers, With their genorosity my children are able to do their home work with the foundation's donation. i am in debted to the foundation for many reasons, it sure would of been a lot more difficult of my family and i if we were not intruduced to the foundation thank you for all you do.

My son lost his father in Iraq October 6 2003 when he was four years old. he and i were not married i myself was in the military and moved around alot. The fund treated us like family during the first years of the war single unwed mothers where not treated very kindly by the military THIS organization was the ONLY one who treated my son like a son of a fallen hero. Darian "DJ" was a shy kid really didn't talk much Rebecca Campbell the CEO of the organization would call him and talk to him often the fund even arranged for him to go to a grief camp and meet and bond with children like him he opened up about his dad made friends and the MOST special thing was arranging for him too visit his father's grave in New Jersey and see his grandfather hadn't seen him IN OVER six years and hasn't seen him since the fund blessed us his grandfather who lives in Peru only comes to the United states twice a year for veterans doctors appointments. as a 90% disabled veteran there was NO way i could have made that happen now at 15 he is an honor student outgoing young man with dreams of going to the university of Georgia to become a lawyer.i pray the WONDERFUL Americans of THIS great land will continue to help so these babies can continue to make their fallen heros proud. GOD knows where we would be without this fund our home was robbed they TOOK everything EVEN our food i didn't know what to DO we were sleeping with friends for fear of the robbers coming back. This fund gave us food helped us find shelter suffering from PTSD, lung problems, and anemic I myself was fading this fund saved our lives. GOD bless the ones who give and those who want to give but can't FREEDOM ISN'T FREE IT COMES WITH A PRICE 2LT RICHARD TORRES PAID THAT PRICE! !!

I was almost KIA in Iraq, and needed a brain surgery upon returning home from deployment. I was eventually put through the Wounded Warrior program which still left me stuck in the famous VA backlog..During the VA backlog the winter here in Oregon got cold leaving my family without the available funds to pay for firewood. The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief not only helped my family get through the winter with firewood, but they made sure that we got plenty of wood and in a timely fashion. They were such a lifesaver in this wounded veterans time of need..From the bottom of out hearts they are just amazing thank you Children of the Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund..

My husband was KIA in 2004. If it weren't for CFSRF my son would not have had a Christmas after his death. This organization has gone above and beyond in helping me and my son. When I was laid off work a few years back they came through and paid my bills and helped prevent me from being evicted and my lights turned off. Ms. Campbell is one of the most generous, giving persons I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Without this organization, I am unsure where I would be right now.
There are few organizations that I can say help out as much as the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund does. They have impacted my life in ways that are inexpressible through words. I owe them so much.

There is not enough space in here to express my gratitude for Children of Fallen soldier's. There honestly is no other foundation that goes above and beyond what Ms. Campbell and her organization does. They help on a very personal level. You aren't just an applicant, you become family to this foundation. I pray that people can donate to them, they could really use it. They stand by their mission with love, compassion and understanding the needs of the families.

Children of Fallen Soldiers it is a great organization, the board members are truly dedicated to our children. I am very proud of the organization for their hard-work. dedication and love they have shown to me and my children.
My Son Andrew received financial aid to pay off his music production degree. He had received VA assistence but Children of Fallen Soldiers stepped up without hessitation to pay off the remainder portion of his tuition. Last November I was given the opportunity to spend time with members of the organization, I witnessed their true dedication and hard work to continue to help so many more people. As a parent I am very greateful for the tremendous help(gift) that was given to our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you will always be in our hearts.
