Mission: Providing continuing operating support for the adrienne arsht center for the performing arts (a non-profit organization) by raising private sector contributions in order to help the center present high-quality programming and educational programs for south florida's diverse community.
Programs: Adrienne arsht center foundation, inc. (the "foundation") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation incorporated on april 29, 2008 under the laws of the state of florida. The foundation was established for the purpose of raising private contributions of funds and in-kind gifts for the performing arts center trust, inc. (the "trust"), a florida non-for-profit corporation. During the year ended september 30, 2014, the foundation contributed approximately $3,907,478 to the trust to fund budgeted expenses. Additionally, an additional transfer of $160,000 was made to the trust during the year ended september 30, 2014.
