Grace for Eternity Outreach Ministry is a newly established organization, built on a strong foundation of community service, compassion, and hands-on outreach experience. While this is our first formal grant application, our leadership and volunteers bring extensive experience in serving vulnerable populations through food distribution, community engagement, and support for individuals and families in crisis. We have already been actively serving the community through initiatives such as our weekly “Tuesdays Treasures” outreach, providing food, clothing, and essential resources to those in need. Through these efforts, we have developed relationships with community members, local partners, and donors, allowing us to respond effectively to immediate needs. Our experience is rooted in direct service, consistency, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the populations we serve. This hands-on approach positions us to successfully implement and grow this program.

They seemed good and caring at first, but after awhile you start to realize they really don't care unless you fit into their little box. They want you to clean their facility to receive services. Cleaning up after yourself is one thing, but to expect us to volunteer to get services is another. They also like to spread false rumors about you to isolate you from the veteran community once you figure them out and stop supporting them. I walked away quietly, but apparently they wanted to say things that weren't true about me to others (I cannot fit all the details here). They even have none veterans volunteering there who don't care when you tell them about your depression. This has been my experience. One would hope others receive better treatment.

My daughter has been in the program for the last 6 years and she has grown so much from the program. Playing chamber music in a small group setting has allowed her to learn to collaborate with others while being personally responsible for her own part. She also loves the musical friends she’s made through the process and all the highly professionals she gets to work with!

I was involved with this Foundation for 16 years and was always impressed by its devotion to the hospital and its employees. Their dedication helped to provide invaluable services to the community through the Breast Care Center, Pendleton Center, James Family Heart Center, Partners for Healthy Students program, and more. As a rural community, this was extremely important. Their goal was to enable residents to stay in our community for medical services vs traveling 2 hrs for much-needed care. If you are ever looking for a worthy cause, the YRMC Foundation is just that. Caring, supportive and good stewards of your consideration.

With the nickname TEAM DARKHORSE, this charity does an amazing job of supporting active duty Marines, Sailors and families of the 3/5 Battalion as well as veterans, wounded veterans and Gold Star families.<br>The charity is staffed completely by volunteers to ensure that donated funds are used appropriately. The administrative expenses are minimal.

In 1992 The USA ThinkingTeam, the non profit division of Colorform's "Sticks-like Magic" Toys, - employed award winning achitect Nadir Kalili to create ecological affordable homes in park-like setting across the United States. Housing was designed to enhance quality of life for low income famiiies. Construction was desgined to survive extreme storm weather and to be naturally cooling in extreme heat. Both Kahlili and Harry, President of Colorforms, were humanitarians, teachers, and innovators of the Earth-and-Fire system known as Ceramic Houses. Students of "new" architeture were supported to be on their team and over the years went on to improve and build their own version of dome architecture. The best example happened during one devestating hurricane that destroyed every home in Mexico Beach Florida. News Report with photos: "Only one home remained in perfect condition, In 2018, Hurricane Michael made history, becoming the first category five hurricane on record to make landfall in the Florida Panhandle. It caused widespread destruction and damage, sweeping entire buildings off their foundations, and impacting almost 50,000 structures. They work tirelessly to help the dog of Detroit! The new facility and implementation of group play for the dogs has made a tremendous difference in their socialization.

The AMC Museum will rival most any other Aviation Museum and IT IS FREE! The planes are very well maintained and most of them have a "story" to tell. They have guides to talk you through during your visit. Also, the 3rd Saturday of the months April through September they have several of their planes OPEN TO THE PUBLIC to get inside. You definitely will not be disappointed in visiting Delaware's most attended FREE exhibit in the State for the past MANY YEARS. The Museum is closed Monday and Tuesday. If passing through Delaware's Capital, Dover, plan to visit the AMC Museum. YOU will not be disappointed!!!

Extremely grateful for Art & Creativity for Healing and its purpose to heal through expression. With various workshops, there are so many thought provoking prompts that encourage expression through color, strokes, patterns, etc. Laurie and her team are incredible and encouraging, I recommend everyone to try a few workshops.

I saw this today and knew I had to share...Trisha was a blessing to our children. She gave my 5 children beds, and I will be forever grateful.

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation is an amazing place! I have been so impressed with the care, respect, and love they give each resident. They invite the community to be involved daily. The residents have a great deal of autonomy. They ensure the residents have daily activities that are different and offer something for everyone. The residents can sit outside on the patio to enjoy the weather (and talk about who is running the stop sign) or pet the neighborhood cats. Multiple churches offer religious services weekly and the activities director keeps the residents busy with games, music, painting, crafts, and beauty shop. When I visit my mother I am always impressed by how clean the facility is and how all the staff interact with my mother. The food they provide is above what I would expect for a nursing home and sometimes I’m jealous I can’t sample it. Recently I took my mother to the funeral of a resident who had passed away. The nursing home not only transported another resident who wanted to attend, but there were about five staff members that were present. This is going above and beyond, which is really the status quo for Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation!!!

My son joined last year and has grown not only as a player but as a young man. The coaches truly care about the kids and want all of them to do the best they can.

Fabulous Annual Book Sales the first and 2nd weekends in October. Very dedicated people who prioritize raising money through Memberships and Book Sales to provide for the Thayer Memorial Library in the town of Lancaster. Contributions benefit programs and purchase books and other media as well as passes to local attractions.

The Newport Beach Public Library, with its multiple branches, is truly top-notch. The Foundation serves to support and enhance the Newport Beach Public Library in many ways, such as hosting authors, presenting speakers on medical, financial, and other useful topics, and expanding access to those with disabilities or who are struggling with literacy. <br>I'm impressed by the Foundation Leadership -- extremely organized, transparent, and accountable. The Leadership is detailed-oriented, with a focus on ensuring that the Foundation's finances are very well managed.

I recommend this organization. Their outreach at health fairs is clear, educational, and the information is given in Spanish and English. The brochures are normal size and clear for the public to read when they have them in their hand.

October is cancer awareness month. Doctors have found out that frankincense oil by DoTerra depletes cancer cells when applied to the soles of the feet. I will give gift baskets of DoTerra oil to patients at The Hope Lodge. Trinity Transitional House is a non-profit 501C3 professional organization. We provide homelessness prevention resources and transitional housing services to displaced mothers and their children due to instances of poverty, domestic violence, mental health and substance abuse disorder here in Delaware County, PA. Our mission is to coordinate homelessness prevention and intervention services for women, mothers and their children whose livelihood is threatened by loss of housing in Delaware County PA. TTHI has a wealth of resources and also tangible items including to diapers, wipes, food, clothing, hygiene products. Please give us a call we are a remote access organization with 24/7 hotline as well. Trinity Transitional House is definitely gapping the bridges for Social Services in Delaware County, PA. Amazing group who care for their community! Their events have allowed me to network, socialize with others and provide me a space to form long lasting relationships.

It was so nice to be able to get coats for my 3 boys last winter. All the workers make it so simple and they make sure the coats are just perfect. So glad to have this organization in the area<br>

My name is Mark Perez, I am a father of three. I recently lost my job and I was using my savings to pay bills. Well that started running low. I saught out community assistance and of course everyone either had a waiting time or was unable to assist me. I was sitting in the front porch and stressed out not sure of what I was going to do or how I was going to continue to feed my family and keep a roof over ours heads. I went for a walk and stumbled upon a business card. It was Dumaka Foundation Inc., I called the number and for some reason I felt the need to dump all of what I was going through to the person on the other end. Needless to say, I was invited to come in to the office for an interview. When I walked in you can feel and tell this was not the average help center. This place was inviting, I was overcome with nostalgia. My kids and I were greeted by staff whom had great hospitality. We sat down with an intake coordinator. The services offered to me were more than most community agencies have ever did. Needless to day. Thanks to Dumaka Foundation Inc. I am employed full time with a great pay, I received assistance with my past due bills, along side a plethora of other services they offer. This non-profit may be new and small but they understand the needs of the community. And the CEO. She is amazing, she insight to her background and what motivated her to start this non-profit organization. And I must say I was highly impressed and thankful that I found the business card when I did. This organization has a full wrap around service for individuals like myself and many others. I can go on and on about how happy I am with the services I received through Dumaka Foundation Inc.

I donated some dolls for the Christmas toy drive. Very professional non profit and they seem to really care about the community they serve. Definitely a service to the Fort Worth Texas community.
