Cuatrogatos Foundation makes a very relevant contribution to the fostering and consolidation of culture and education among children and young adults. It works hard on the promotion of children’s literature and on encouraging children and parents to read. It does a very enthusiastic, meaningful and important work. We really appreciate the contribution of Cuatrogatos Foundation at the Miami Book Fair in their integration of international writers in their project. It is a good cultural reference. Thank you very much for your cultural activity.
Fundación Cuatrogatos was established in Miami to fill a much needed void among children. This non-profit organization, founded by Sergio Andricaín and Antonio Orlando Rodríguez, two of the most talented writers in South Florida, is dedicated to enhance education and culture. Their extensive experience and research is applied towards publishing excellent books for children and young adults. One of their most ambitious objectives is to reach as many homes, schools, libraries and additional spaces to raise interest among young generations to get to read excellent literary works. This organization is reaching their goals and objectives beautifully. Miami needs and deserves Fundación Cuatrogatos. Mario Ernesto Sanchez, Founder/Producing Artistic Director - Teatro Avante/International Hispanic Theatre Festival of Miami.
Cuatrogatos Foundation is an important and very active organization in Miami. The work they do in favor of culture is of great value. I like the way they preserve the Hispanic culture and how they foster a multicultural dialogue in the Miami community.
I met this non-profit organization four years ago at the Centro Cultural Español while celebrating El Dia de la lengua. I have been in contact with them afterwards, in many other occasions. In all of them their presentations, caliber of professionalism and work responsibility has been of the outmost professionalism. I was a participant in a "Teacher Summer Training" the year 2016. I have participated in numerous such trainings. None with the caliber and diversity of presenters. Participants at the incept of the session were not very sure of what to expect. At the end of the week the vibes were very high and enthusiasm permeated all throughout. In my opinion the "Session" was extremely successful. This organization is definitely an asset to this community and to the Spanish Program in Miami Dade Count Public Schools.
Cuatrogatos has been a driving force for quality children's literature written in Spanish. The work of these knowledgeable experts has connected a wide audience to creations produced in many countries and cultures of the Spanish speaking world.
Cuatrogatos is one of the top sources of information to any adult working in the field as a researcher, teacher, author, librarian or parent. In addition their work on the field with children, parents and teachers has helped many bilingual children to become better readers through the contact with good readings originally written in Spanish.
As a researcher and reading promoter I celebrate the work of Cuatrogatos and thank them for existing.
For all those who work with children's books, the Cuatrogatos Foundation is one of the most valuable institutions in the study of children's literature in spanish. The amount of resources and information that it offers in its pages, as well as their careful study of the current production makes it an indispensable place of consultation and information. As a National Reading Promotion Award in Spain, I can assure you that, in my work, the Foundation's seriousness and commitment is inspiring.

I only have praises for Cuatrogatos, an organization that stimulates and cultivates interest in reading, especially literature, to children and adolescents.
Sergio Andricain, the director of Cuatrogatos Foundation is such a dynamic and positive force in the city of Miami that there is no week that the city does not count with events or programs initiated by the foundation that he runs. Cuatrogatos is a powerful cultural source in the city of Miami.
Reading is for the spirit like breathing is for the body and it is precisely what Cuatrogatos Foundation is giving to the children and young people of the city, the opportunity to know, to expand, to go further in all aspects of life. We all need the enthusiasm, the vitality, the positive approach that Cuatrogatos Foundation gives to the lives of children, young adults and in fact all people in Miami, Florida.

I have been following the organization CUATROGATOS since its beginning. I am impressed with the work they do to promote children’s literature and the love of reading among children and young adults.
Their reviews of new publications is essential for teachers, librarians and people connected to the world of children’s literature.
It is essential that Cuatrogatos continue to do the excellent work they do to help children succeed in life.
One of the most vital voices promoting Spanish-language literature for children–especially within the US, but with far-reaching effects throughout the Spanish-speaking world. They create connections and resources among professionals and creators, and many important activities in Miami and elsewhere in the US of bringing literature to Spanish-speaking (or Spanish-learning) children.
Cuatrogatos Foundation is doing exceptional work focusing on the cultural development of children and young adults. The basis of the cultural experiences are the educational literary activities which build on a collective experience. These experiences are essential and contribute to the development of who we are as distinct individual personalities within the larger cultural collective.
Over the years Cuatrogatos has fostered an environment of dynamic activities where traditional methods anchored in reading are transformed by interactions into life experiences. These fluid interactions serve to transform thoughts and words and integrate then into living, breathing reality for the children. Through theater, poetry and fantasy, with the diverse integration of the various visual and digital arts, Cuatrogatos aims to reach the minds of children and young adults to transform us from the inside out!

I am a "book addict" and I want many children to love reading. Cuatrogatos Foundation is a great organization with good programs for the Miami community. This foundation does a great job in favor of reading. I love the bookcrossing "I'n a Traveling Book" and the event "Picnic of Books". Their cultural and educational projects are excellent.
Cuatrogatos Foundation is an incredible organization, with a fantastic staff. Their work to stimulate reading among children and young people is admirable. The diffusion in United States of the Hispanic literature and culture is one of its priorities.
Cuatrogatos Foundation is an AMAZING non profit organization. The secret of its success is very simple: hard work, great imagination and perseverance. I love the work they do to encourage reading in children. Keep going!
"Cuatrogatos" foundation is an institution that continually collaborates with all Latin American countries by providing information regarding books. This foundation provides interviews, contests, essays, and information regarding literary tendencies; it also provides reviews for Latin American children and juvenile books and authors. For small countries like Bolivia, this foundation provides a wealth of information since we have limited access to books from other countries.

Literary knowledge, passion for books, vital commitment, and human and professional quality come together in the work of the Cuatrogatos Foundation. This organization is a guide and reference in Children’s and Young Adult literature in Spanish, both inside and outside the U.S. Their excellent job with families, teachers and children has a profound impact across society.
It is difficult to imagine the world of children's literature in Spanish without the contribution to it from Foundation Cuatrogatos. Precisely because one of its main goals has been to connect different publics and participants in Latin America. Their commitment is sustained and carried out with an unusual conviction and generosity. That is why, for me and for so many other people, they are a cornerstone in the creation, circulation and critical thinking of literature for children and YA in Spanish. Their activities comprises a huge variety, from training teachers in Miami, interviewing a Brazilian illustrator or publishing a book on Latin American literature in the United States, to being part of an academic committee of an Ibero-American Congress or judges of an international contest in Mexico.
As a researcher, writer, journalist and reading promoter, Cuatrogatos (Sergio Andricaín and Antonio Orlando Rodríguez), have inspired me to write better stories, do poetry studies for children, write book reviews and, above all, to keeping my own independent blog. Independence, in a project like Cuatrogatos, is of the essence to preserving the trust of the different audiences they reach.
I am hopeful that Cuatrogatos Foundation will continue growing, building bridges through children’s literature and striving towards a peaceful and tolerant world.
Hi! My name is Annie. I live in Miami. I have participed in this organization activities for the last three years with my daughter. They have enriched many children's minds. I want to sincerely express my gratitud to Cuatrogatos Foundation.

Cuatrogatos Foundation is a very inspirational organization. It is amazing watching this great foundation grow. Cuatrogatos loves culture and wants to transmit that love to children. The staff is very special and committed to education and human values. I love "The Reading Festival", an event they do each year during Hispanic Heritage Month. Undoubtedly, it is a pride of Miami culture.
