Mission: Act 2 presents a non-partisan blueprint to reform the federal government. It offers creative solutions for long-standing problems - solutions that emphasize integrity, transparency, and accountability in all of our public discourse. Its goals are to achieve an effective government and an informed electorate, which are the critical elements of a successful democracy.
Programs: To promote social welfare by developing and implementing reforms to improve the structure of governmental systems and to improve the quality of available information on public matters.
