Programs: Independent living: assisted individuals with disabilities in the development of skills and knowledge that encourage maximum independence, including money management, assertiveness, and using public transportation. These services are provided individually and in groups by staff who have expertise in the desired skill area. All skills training is designed to meet the learning needs of each individual.
home services: home services include community reintegration and personal assistant services. Community reintegration provides transition assistance to persons with disabilities that are between the ages of 18 - 59 and reside in a nursing facility to locate and secure affordable, accessible housing in the community. Personal assistant services provide services to persons with disabilities who need assistance in personal care and activities of daily living. The goal of home services is to help individuals lead an independent life in the community.
