ISF has been one of the most helpful organizations on my academic journey. From their scholarships, to networking opportunities, I have grown as result of their hard work and effort towards us students. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for all of us Irving ISD students.

I've witnessed firsthand the incredible impact Irving Cares has on our community. They provide vital assistance to Irving residents facing financial hardship, offering everything from food pantries to job training programs. It's truly inspiring to see their dedication to empowering people and fostering self-sufficiency. “A hand up, not a hand out” ☺️ If you're looking for a way to make a difference, consider volunteering or donating to Irving Cares.

DCET has been a great transformational experience. The love, passion and commitment of Nina and her team are essential to the transformation of this society, achieving more and better opportunities for the migrants in the United States.

Innovative, collaborative, & inclusive. This group has reached many people beyond DFW’s borders through engaging people in the equity discourse.

I have been involved with Family Legacy for a year now and absolutely love it! I took my son to Camp Life and it was an incredible, life changing experience. The staff genuinely care about the mission and visiting Zambia made it very real to my and my family. Highly Recommend!

Founder Grainne Owen and her team are highly educated in the field of pediatric cancer research. Through her partnerships with the best doctors and hospitals across the country, donors' contributions are specifically targeted to fund the most promising new studies and continue the work of researchers' groundbreaking developments. By working with the best doctors and hospital research programs in the country, Grainne and the Board insure that every donation funds a project that has been through careful review and oversight. I know that every contribution made to this charity goes directly to the best doctors and research programs in the country based on Grainne's commitment, expertise, and networks.

This is the non-profit they claimed to support but they don't! Survivors BEWARE!!

Ability Connection is a one of a kind non profit where the the staff views their members not just as clients, but as family. With many organizations closing their doors permanently over the course of this past year, Ability Connection has persevered and continues to provide a safe, caring, and exciting place for each and every member! I am very excited to see how this one of a kind organization continues to grow and serve their members, families, and the community.

One of the best things about Irving Art of Science (IAOS) is their hands-on, interactive teaching. This approach helps kids understand science better and develop critical thinking skills. I’ve seen how IAOS creates a safe and fun learning environment where children can explore, question, and experiment.<br><br>I remember a summer camp where the kids were learning about drones. Dr. Sita Mulukutla and her team provided materials for the kids to build their own drones. The children were so excited and eager to start their projects.<br><br>As the session went on, the kids worked together, sharing ideas and trying out different designs. Some drones flew well, while others needed adjustments. Instead of feeling discouraged, the kids were encouraged to figure out what went wrong and try again. This supportive environment fostered curiosity and resilience.<br><br>IAOS’s hands-on approach helps children thrive. They aren’t afraid to make mistakes and learn from them, and their curiosity is celebrated. I’m very impressed by the impact IAOS has on young minds and highly recommend supporting this wonderful organization.

Drug Prevention Resources goes above and beyond to serve the community. Mr. Agapito Chavez is an outstanding leader and professional who has done an outstanding job of educating the public on the dangers of substance abuse and promoting prevention.

<br><br>I have been a Michaels employee in New Lenox Illinois for almost 2 years. I contacted Human resources because I recently lost my brother and stepfather to Covid 19. I support all the fundraisers and anything that Michaels have to support others in need. But when I inquired about help to bury my brother, I was told by human resources that Michaels Cares do not support brothers. I always thought immediate family consist of siblings. so in the future I will not support anything that will not support me. The bad part is another employee that has been there for years told me to inquire, because they helped him bury his mom. so when I mentioned what happened, all he could say is something isnt right with that. Human resources pick and choice who they would like to help. its sad....

Upper staff employees feel that they can talk to you any kind of way.<br>You never get told a thank-you or a you're doing a great job.<br>Upper staff are best friends with the boss so it's very hard to make a complaint against them because it'll be your word against theirs. <br>Carley and Irina are great. <br>Even though there are a lot of races that work there I still feel like there is some racism. <br>You only have one-two weeks to learn 10 years of ABA therapy and they get mad at you if you don't know it quickly.

They falsely and deceptively state that they possess a "Platinum Seal of Transparency" from the nonprofit watchdog organization GuideStar, which lends the impression of safety, openness, and accountability.<br><br>In addition, the organization's president and founder, was detained and imprisoned on five counts of tax offenses due to his links to terrorism and dishonesty with the IRS.<br>

Unfortunately, the reviewer with the lowest rating happens to be a previous president of the organization. He questioned several activities that took place under his term. The organization has restated with the state of Texas in February of 2018 with a new board and successfully corrected the problems created in the past. It would be great for the ex-president to relinquish any property belong to the organization. <br>The organization has grown significantly over the last 3 years and published the IRS tax records online and maintaining good standing financially as well as functionally. As an active member of the board, I want to ensure transparency of all activities and encourage everyone to check us out.

For over 20 years the Flag Caper has delivered community unity and patriotism to Irving, Texas. Led by Nell Anne Hunt and a team of dozens of volunteers, the town is painted red, white and blue with flags being placed every few yards to mark the 4th of July.

Despite their broad influence on the pregnancy industry, this for-profit organization has a bias heavily ingrained in their operations. Not as reputable as many would be lead to believe, not even at face value.

Overwhelmed and money to pay utilities bill, this organization helped me and my family

After reading about the WDC charity and see they have good reviews decided to sign up as think Whales/Dolphins need our protection.

I have used Trinity Clinic and the Christus Health (Mother Frances Hospital) for over 40 years. It is a great hospital with wonderful physicians. Also, it is now the only non-profit hospital in Tyler, Texas.

Last weekend I had an unforgettable experience dancing and sweating in honor of the rebuilding of Nepal. The dream team: Shardula Joshi and Soumil Patel put this event together in only 7 days in response to the earthquake in Nepal. <br>Their group NERFDFW organized this event to raise money 100% of which went toward Nepalese Society Inc. for relief supplies. <br> <br>I have never been so involved in preparing for a charitable event and it was a day that I will never forget. What I learned: generosity and gratitude are both fantastic ways to keep your spirit alive!

The GPF Apostolic Missions Network Inc. is a relational network of churches, ministers and five fold ministry leaders that came into existence through a sovereign act of God, connecting people to see His purpose fulfilled in the earth. Each person and church involved feels a sense of destiny at work within them. This network provides the framework necessary for equipping leaders in Apostolic strategies to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations. <br> <br>The Spirit of God is releasing a call across the nations for this generation to help fulfill the Great commission. Many are answering this call and desire to be connected to others who have heard the call and are pursuing this mandate. Getting connected to a global relational network such as this provides like-minded leaders the avenue to work together to make not only a local impact but a global one. <br> <br>To this end we are committed to see ministries work together in local, regional and global scale through Joint venture initiatives and thus be a channel of God and a party in revealing the glory of God to the church and the world. <br> <br>We believe that the Word of the Lord to Ezekiel was not only applicable to the “House” of the Lord in his day but that it is a prophetic word to the “House” of the Lord, the Body of Christ, today also. We are today, in many ways, in the same condition that Israel was in then. In spite of the division and separation in the Body of Christ, the breath of God is blowing and He is placing His people together by His own decree, order, and geographic appointments. This is a great, small Texas non-profit that serves patients and families struggling with Neurofibromatosis or NF. NF, a disease for which there no cure and only limited treatment, can have multiple manifestations ranging from unsightly, benign tumors, to bony abnormalities causing limb loss. The disease can also cause cancer, resulting in loss of life. It is imperative that patients receive information and informed medical care, on a lifelong basis. The foundation offers care and support for patients, detailed information about the disease in the form of written materials, free lectures and symposia. It also provides counsel and information leading to knowledgeable health care professionals who have expertise in the disease. The foundation organizes support groups around the state, and also sponsors an annual family camp at Camp for All in Burton, Texas. Whenever possible, the foundation funds research towards treatment and a cure for NF. Our daughter has NF, and amputated a leg as a result. The foundation has been there for us over the years, helping in all sorts of ways.The foundation operates on a shoe-string budget, but these people really care about patients and their families!

This is a charity designed to give those in need a leg up to get them back on track. It is a wonderful resource and gives clients options toward a new direction. They provide a variety of services including employment services, some financial assistance, and a food pantry. At Irving Cares, help is available right in the neighborhood.

It is very sad to see them abandon their values. Not everyone is going to agree with your position in life about social issues, politics, etc. They sold their 103+ year standard to the highest bidder - in this case AT&T. Corporate funding is great, but it should never dictate your position, on any issue. Thanks but no thanks AT&T and the BSA - you have both lost my support as a client and volunteer / donor. Trail Life USA is where my service and money will be going. We honor the legacy that was the BSA but will now raise the standard.

The Indo- American Friendship Council was started by Dr Krishna .M .Reddy DDS , a Dental Surgeon with his own practise in Whitter , CA. , running a Non- profit organization whose main goal is to help India and its causes world wide. <br>Dr Reddy - a philanthropist , and a very soft spoken person whose name stands well above the rest. A man with so many laurels during his life time . <br> A person with self less dedication to the cause of Indian rights in US congress , striving endlessly for India. <br>A simple man who has written book clearly highlighting the threat to two biggest democracies in the world namely USA and INDIA.. clearly showing how terrorism has spread its tentacles and needs to be cut for a better and safe world. <br> <br>
