Review for GREY2K USA Worldwide, Arlington, MA, USA
When will Grey2K USA release it's 2012 financial reports on Guidestar. The IRS via IRC 6104(e)(1) provides for all organizations described in IRC 501(c) and (d) and exempt from taxation under IRC 501(a) that are not private foundations to make copies of their annual returns (Forms 990 and 990EZ) available for public
inspection for a three-year period beginning on the date the return is due.
For the calendar year ended December 31, 2012 the return would have been due May 15, 2013. Please advise.

Review for GREY2K USA Education Fund, Arlington, MA, USA
Grey2K USA and it's subsidiary Grey2K USA Education Fund has taken in millions of dollars over the last decade under the guise of helping greyhounds. By "helping" they mean traveling around the country and the world on their donors' dime preaching about how greyhound racing is cruel and inhumane, yet offering no substantial assistance directly to the greyhound community. For instance, recently several Florida tracks closed for the season and approximately 280 hounds needed to be housed, fed and transported to various adoption groups in a few weeks time. Despite widespread publicity, where was Grey2K with their fat wallets helping to buy food and pay haulers? Grey2K would like the general public to believe that mass euthanization still exists in these cases. By helping, it would destroy their illusion. They like to imply that they were responsible for closing over half of the greyhound tracks in the US over the last twelve years, when in fact those tracks closed for many reasons including casino issues, tax issues and the general poor economy. If greyhound loving people want to make a difference, donate to your local adoption agencies! *** In response to Carey Theil’s comment below: You don’t know me and have no idea whether or not I support dog racing. Maybe I just don’t like the way you operate and manipulate the truth to fleece unsuspecting donors out of their hard earned dollars for your salary and operating expenses. The information on your website and “fact sheets” is outdated, exaggerated, intentionally misleading and, as you’re so fond of stating “not factually accurate.” So you made donations to seven non-profit organizations since 2009 – to that I say BIG WHOOP! There are nearly 300 adoption groups in the US and you gave to seven. Wow, I just don’t know what to say about your overwhelming generosity! ***

This "review" was posted by a supporter of the greyhound racing industry, and is not factually accurate. For example, since 2009 we have made direct donations to seven non-profit organizations in Florida that find homes for rescued greyhounds.
This "review" was posted by a supporter of the greyhound racing industry, and is not factually accurate. For example, just in Florida we have made direct donations to seven non-profit organizations that find homes for rescued greyhounds since 2009. This false "review" was submitted as part of a coordinated (and cynical) campaign by dog racing supporters to post false reviews here. On one of the websites used by dog racing promoters, the same individual who posted this "review" told other dog racing supporters "We need to flood it!!"
