I am so grateful for the lifesaving efforts of the GREY2K USA Education Fund! Thousands and thousands of lucky hounds have been rescued across the globe because of this wonderful organization.
As a proud supporter of GREY2K for many years, I am so grateful for their dedication and efforts in educating the public about the horrors of greyhound racing. Thanks to this organization, so many people around the world now understand the cruel realities of dog racing. GREY2K has done so much to protect these amazing, gentle creatures and is paving the way to a more humane world.
GREY2K is the only group I will donate money to. They are efficient and highly ethical. Their work to educate people about the truth about dog racing has been hugely successful. When I donate to GREY2K I am confident my money goes to help the dogs. Thank you.
I have volunteered with GREY2K USA Education Fund. I have nothing but wonderful experiences with them. I have never seen such hard working folks. I would never hesitate to donate to this group. They are doing amazing things.
Thank you for inspiring this work, Connie! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
Grey2K USA Education Fund is a fantastic organization. Working hard to make sure racing greyhounds are saved, adopted out and made whole again. Grey2K Education Fund also reaches out to the public and educates people on the cruelties of greyhound racing. Please support them! They are great people and are dedicated to their work.
The GREY2K USA Education Fund is a fantastic 501c3 who sponsor greyhounds that have worked at racetracks, investigate this horrible greyhound racing industry and educate the public on the cruelty of dog racing.
Greyhound racing dogs deserve our attention. Grey2K USA Education Fund works hard to fight for these amazing animals. Donate! Your dollar will go to a great cause!!
The Grey2K USA Education Fund does critical work advocating on behalf of greyhounds. The all-volunteer board and staff are committed to spreading the word about these gentle dogs and about the cruelty they endure on the racetrack. Grey2K USA Education Fund promotes greyhound adoption and sponsors greyhounds when they’re newly freed from closing racetracks. They also study the business and culture surrounding dog racing and they work to educate the public about the horrors of this industry. Grey2K USA Education Fund offers several programs that support their mission. For instance, they assist people in setting-up wills designed to benefit their loved ones and their companion animals. In August of 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Grey2K USA Education Fund raised a substantial amount with its virtual 5K and Sit-In. The fund also provides activity kits for children so they can learn the importance of caring for animals, in general, and greyhounds in particular. Along with its sister organization, Grey2K USA Worldwide, the Grey2K USA Education Fund stands as a genuine ally to greyhounds and a beacon of hope in the effort to improve the lives of greyhounds.
If you want to learn the truth about greyhound racing, this is the place
One thing that made a huge difference in defeating greyhound racing in Florida was education. Once the voters found out the truth about the cruelty and exploitation of dog racing they wanted no part of it. The Grey2K Education Fund played a crucial and effective role in that part of the battle. I believe without their commitment and expertise greyhounds would still be suffering in Florida.
Go team! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
They are consistently honest and trustworthy in all their
endeavors! They fight truth to power every day to better
the plight of the greyhound both domestically and internationally.
Four paws up!! (Equals 5 stars!)
The GREY2K USA Education Fund plays such an important role in educating audiences--both domestically as well as internationally--on the cruelty of greyhound racing in our country and abroad. The Education Fund also promotes greyhound adoption to help the dogs discarded by the racing industry. Anyone who is familiar with them knows...this organization is top notch and I give them 5 stars!!
Grey2K is winning for greyhounds! How does such a small org accomplish so much?!
Grey2k Education fund is a great organization to work with. The information and trainings they produce are top notch and right on point.
Terrific organization that educates the public and does research on dog racing in an effort to end it.
Thanks for your nice words of support! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Worldwide
The GREY2K USA Education Fund is a fantastic organization responsible for saving countless greyhound lives. With their education work and their support for greyhound adoption, they're a critical nonprofit in ending the cruelty inflicted on greyhounds in the greyhound racing industry.
I am so impressed by how much this great organization has accomplished in educating people about the hidden horrors of greyhound racing, both in America and the world. By effectively mobilizing public support to close these cruel tracks and placing the thousands of saved dogs into loving homes, they have truly made the world a better place.
The GREY2K USA Education Fund is an incredible organization -- their volunteers have made a huge impact on the lives of racing greyhounds in the U.S. and around the world. The organization educates the public about what wonderful companions these beautiful dogs can be, promotes greyhound adoption, and conducts vital research that has helped expose the cruelty of the greyhound racing industry. They are truly a great nonprofit!
The allegations that GREY2K USA and the Education Fund are wasting "millions" of dollars or "lining their pockets" instead of helping greyhounds are simply ludicrous. These organizations operate extremely efficiently on shoe-string budgets. (Want proof? Check out their audited financial statements on their web sites.) They are a group of dedicated, caring people who have made great sacrifices in their own lives so these beautiful animals can live better lives. They take their commitments to the dogs -- and the organizations' donors -- very seriously and base their information on data that comes directly from the tracks. I know, because I count myself lucky to have worked with them for a decade. And, like many of the organizations' volunteers, I also worked with a local greyhound rescue and adoption organization. During that time I saw hundreds of broken, emaciated, and traumatized dogs come directly off of tracks in the U.S. and Europe. But don't take my word for it. Volunteer at a local rescue kennel for a few hours or a few days and decide for yourself what's true and what isn't.
Thanks for this review Denise. We have been honored to work with you, and are proud of the progress we have made for the dogs by working as a team.
Recently I participated in #aday4greys. People all around the world participated in 5ks and sit-ins in order to raise funds for greyhound adoption. The GREY2K USA Education Fund does fabulous work in educating the public about the cruelties of greyhound racing and supporting rescue groups who pick up the pieces for an archaic industry that overproduces greyhounds everywhere commercial racing exists. #Aday4greys was just another example of the great work they do!
Proud to support the wonderful organisation that is Grey2K. Also incredibly grateful to them, not only for their major role in saving my Emily and Sonia from Macau, and all the Macau greyhounds, their donations to greyhound rescues I volunteer with in the UK and their tireless work for greyhounds everywhere suffering from the cruelty that is greyhound racing.
The information, knowledge and help they provide is a huge benefit to those of us campaigning around the world to end greyhound racing.
Two of Greyhound Awareness Cork's rescued greyhounds - Fleek and Molly had tremendous fun taking park in a Grey2K fundraiser along 5k in Cork city, Ireland. It was the only type of greyhound race that should exist, with loads of time for selfies in front of historical buildings, tourist attractions and followed by a nap.
These rescued greyhounds are among the very few who are lucky enough to survive the Irish racing and coursing industry.
Grey2K are an amazing organisation who work tirelessly to protect greyhounds and raise awareness about the harsh realities of the greyhound racing industry. It's so important that the public are made aware about greyhound cruelty, over breeding, drugging and export to countries like China, to mention just a few of the concerning issues. We have met a number of the individuals involved in Grey2k and were hugely impressed with their professionalism, dedication and compassion for greyhounds.
My family and friends are so grateful for the wonderful work Grey2K USA Educational Fund is doing. They are dedicated to ending the cruel and inhumane practices of the greyhound dog racing industry.
GREY2K are an inspiration to the worldwide community of greyhound lovers and a saviour for the thousands of greyhounds that are so cruelly exploited for profit.
I am so grateful for the tireless work by GREY2K Education Fund and GREY2K USA Worldwide. I shudder to think what the formerly sheer number of racing greyhounds would still be enduring without the leadership of these two tenacious advocacy groups. Their documented reports, media stories and videos have revealed to lawmakers and to the general public the true culture of cruelty inherent in greyhound racing. The lies have been exposed. The excuses don't work anymore. No longer replaceable commodities, thousands of greyhounds are now beloved adopted homebodies thanks to the work of GREY2K Education Fund and GREY2K USA Worldwide. Here is a photo of one of the many greyhounds I've adopted. When I picked him up from the track, this handsome boy was rail thin, covered in ticks, and his now white and fawn coat was yellow from having had to lay in _____ in his kennel crate. Thank you, GREY2K Education Fund and GREY2K USA Worldwide for your dedication to ending greyhound racing worldwide.
I recently participated in a fun run organized by GREY2K USA Education Fund. This was their A DAY FOR GREYS (#aday4greys) virtual 5K, and I'm so glad I did it. Because of their efforts and my own, $25,000 has been raised for greyhound adoption. Amazing! Agencies need that money to operate, take in dogs, and help them find forever homes. I'm happy I could be of service. Keep up the good work!
GREY2K USA Education Fund and GREY2K USA Worldwide are absolutely amazing! Their education of children, individuals and the public to the realities of dog racing is in stark contrast to the lies that are perpetuated by the dog racing industry. GREY2K strives to shine the light on the abuses the greyhounds endure, as well as, ending dog racing in the US and around the world. Thanks to GREY2K USA Worldwide AND GREY2K USA Education Fund dog racing is now not known as fun entertainment but as an unnecessary cruel experience for greyhounds who are injured, then killed at an alarming rate. I am thankful to GREY2K USA Education Fund and GREY2K USA Worldwide for the information they provide and the work they do. If you are looking to donate to a worthy cause, GREY2K USA Education Fund uses every cent they receive to further their cause and to help greyhounds.
As the owner of a retired racing Greyhound, I'm deeply disappointed by the cruel agenda of this organization. Greyhounds love nothing more than running and chasing, and to have that passion be their job is the best life ever! The racing Greyhounds are loved and pampered by their owners and trainers!!! And when they retire, the REAL Greyhound-lovers make sure that these majestic creatures are adopted by loving homes (like me and friends of mine). I DO NOT and WILL NOT support Grey2K!!!
This fake "review" is part of an organized campaign by the dog racing industry to post negative comments here. It has no basis in fact whatsoever.
Grey2k doesn't care one bit about they greyhounds. Payroll, travel and lobbying make up 90% of their expenses according to their tax returns and there are only have 6 full-time employees. They have been known to manipulate data, steal photos without permission and doctor them up. To top things off they opposed a bill in the Florida legislature a few years ago that would've made for stricter safety standards in the greyhound racing industry. They are a smart bunch of people that should be using their brains for something other than scamming people out of their money.
This fake "review" is part of an organized campaign by the dog racing industry to post negative comments here. It has no basis in fact whatsoever. For example, the claim that we opposed a Florida bill to impose stricter safety standards in the racing industry is a flat-out lie.
Grey2k is the biggest scam perpetrated on the greyhound industry ... they have made millions exploiting the greyhounds for donations and the greyhounds have not seen one pretty penny of it .. if you want to help greyhounds please go to you local greyhound adoption group in your state or you can look up nga greyhounds approved adoption groups the true greyhound advocates are the adoption groups that are the back none of the industry ... you will never find a greyhound in a shelter because greyhounds have a 98% adoption rate Grey2k k I have attached a pie chart ... all they do is pay their own salaries with the money they scam out of people
This fake "review" is part of an organized campaign by the dog racing industry to post negative comments here. It has no basis in fact whatsoever.
I learned about this phenomenal group a few years ago and now donate monthly so they can keep working to end dog racing worldwide. This is a goal I share entirely!
Thanks for your positive thoughts and encouragement! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
This is one of the most efficient and committed animal protection organizations in the United States and perhaps the world. Keep up the great work!
Will do, thank you! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
Grey2K USA is just an amazing organization. Christine and Carey and the wonderful people in their organization have dedicated their lives to helping greyhounds in the United States and all over the world. I love their focus on education to help people see and understand the cruelty thaf is dog racing. I have seen so many wonderful victories that have been achieved and the happiness we all feel when yet another dog track has closed. My heart is
filled with hope that dog racing in the USA and all over the world will end
in my lifetime. Bless Grey2K USA for the marvelous work that they have done and will continue to do to end this terrible cruelty to the gentle beautiful
Anna, thank you for being with us and supporting the campaign to end dog racing with your time, money, heart and soul -- from Day One! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
We wholeheartedly support this organization and salute the heroic and effective efforts--both internationally and at the local level--of their staff and volunteers to educate people everywhere about the lives of racing greyhounds and what can be done to end their exploitation and help them find the safe and loving homes that they deserve. Additionally, we appreciate their willingness to find the time to connect on a personal level with donors and supporters. Well done!!
I nominate GREY2K USA Education Fund for its its tireless work that is playing a pivotal part in raising public awareness about the lives of greyhounds that are used for profit in the business known as greyhound racing. This education is key, and has resulted in the public showing its agreement with this non-profit's principles. GREY2K USA Education Fund is also to be commended for teaching children the life lesson, in an age-appropriate manner, that animals are to be respected, and that a loving, nurturing relationship we create with our companion animals is something to cherish and be proud of.
Thanks for supporting our all-volunteer efforts to teach compassion and save greyhounds across the globe! Christine A. Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
The GREY2K USA Education Fund works diligently with local and international activists to demonstrate the pain and torture that dog racing does to greyhounds and why we must end greyhound racing. Their efforts have resulted in hundreds of greyhounds gaining their freedom and finding loving homes.
Thanks for your heartfelt encouragement! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
I am grateful for GREY2K USA Worldwide for fighting endlessly to save greyhounds around the world, and in particular for raising awareness of the plight of the Macau Canidrome greyhounds, a track that killed roughly 18,000 greyhounds over 5 decades for being too slow, sick or injured. Little did I know that this campaign would forever change my life.
When international pressure finally forced the Canidrome to shut down on July 21st 2018 leaving 532 abandoned greyhounds behind, my heart led me there to help. A brave seven year battle to close the track led by the now legendary Albano Martins of Anima Macau to whom these dogs owe their lives, alongside partners GREY2K USA Worldwide and the Italian association Pet Levrieri, had been won against all odds.
The next daunting task lay ahead: to air lift the survivors to safety and into loving homes.
GREY2K asked for my help in photographing Brooklyn for their newsletter, the poster child for the Save the Macau Greyhounds campaign, who had long been thought to be dead. Pet Levrieri asked me to character assess 50 of the greyhounds and photograph 76 of the dogs heading to Europe and the UK for their bios.
I quickly realized that while everyone thought these dogs were now safe, they were not safe at all. Their only chance of survival was to get them all out as quickly as possible. The deadline to accomplish this enormous task had originally been September of 2019. It was shortened by the government to March 2019.
For many shifts during my 14 days there, I was the only volunteer and felt completely alone and distraught. I burst into tears so many times witnessing what these gentle souls had to endure. Dark, wet, concrete cells with decrepit rusty, sharp bars. Greyhounds lying on the cement floor with open wounds from lack of soft bedding and some without any bed at all. Greyhounds very underweight, with rotting teeth, some with mouths full of blood. Their only stimulation other than 2 meals and 2 short walks a day was chewing on their metal bars or scratching on the wall. Greyhounds with scars, ragged coats and red raw feet as their cells and the pavement for their walks were never dry. There were many old ones, who had somehow survived this living hell. And the adorable young ones still full of life who were born in their cells. Greyhounds being rough handled, hit on their walks and dragged along while trying to pee. A worker who thought I was too soft demonstrating how to grab one out of her cell, as if she were some sort of wild beast.
What I witnessed at the Canidrome will haunt me for the rest of my life. But I will be forever deeply touched by the light of those gentle greyhounds who were the kindest creatures, and their unconditional love. So starved for affection and a kind word, yet showering me with more love than I could ever return. So willing to forgive, despite the heavy hand of abuse they had suffered their whole lives. So resilient and ready to move on, as shown by all of the stories and photos shared by the families who have given them a forever home.
I will forever be grateful for GREY2K for creating awareness around the world of this horrific track, and for sharing my photos, allowing people to see inside this very dark and troubling place. And I am grateful for the global community too, so many who joined together in one powerful voice, and who never gave up to save these precious souls.
You are a treasured member of our team, Robin! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
This organization is crucial to saving thousands of dogs suffering a needless fate. Well done team!
Thank you for your steadfast support of our work to free the greyhounds! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
For years this organization has helped stop the torture of racing greyhounds by getting horrid racetracks closed, state by state. They have also made great efforts to save these beautiful, gentle animals from being brutally killed by arranging for their rescue. Through this organization I became educated over the years about the underbelly of people and organizations that race these dogs. GREY2K USA has made and continues to make a difference nationally and around the world.
Thank you so much for believing in our dream to end dog racing! Christine Dorchak, President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
There is no other organization that does as much to help save greyhounds and works tirelessly to stop dog racing!
Thank you for believing us and in our dream to give greyhounds the second chance they deserve!
I have visited the offices of Grey2kusa and found them welcoming to my questions about their cause. They provided lots of hard evidence that supported their contentions about the abuse racing dogs receive. I also looked them up on Guide Star which had information about how funds contributed are used. Grey2k had a low percent of administrative costs, most money going to their advocacy work. That is very good, to my mind. I think the leadership of the charity is hard-working and very effective in their legislative work to ban dog racing in the US. I would recommend this charity to any dog lover or animal advocate.
Grey2K USA Education Fund is working tirelessly to education the public on the cruelty of greyhound racing around. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for your kind words and support of our mission to give gentle hounds the second chance they deserve!
With public support GREY2K USA works towards a vision of a world in which greyhound racing is banned and greyhound dogs are cherished and treated with compassion. It plays a key advocacy and educational role to ensure a better future for these intelligent and loving dogs.
GREY2K leads the charge into a more humane future for greyhounds, briefing legislators and the media on the actuality of the lives lived by racing of greyhounds. Working with local groups, communities and experts GREY2KUSA has secured modern laws and institutions that have reversed some of the damage done to greyhounds and to protect them in the future. GREY2KUDSA is an evolving organization. As someone who lives in Australia I can say unequivocally the GREY2K USA WORLWIDE reaches out to connect with people far and wide.
Thank you so much for your wonderful support and for seeing that greyhounds worldwide need help! Go team!
The lived lives of greyhounds in the racing industry is far removed from the public gaze. Shrouded in secrecy not least as a result of the active use of deceptive practices by the industry, public knowledge of the nature of the greyhound and their fate within the closed world of racing is at best superficial and at worse utterly distorted. The GREY2K USA Education Fund has been and is fundamental to a more complete, humane and accurate public understanding of the cruelty of dog racing, the nature of these dogs and what their lives are like within the industry and what their lives could be like when rescued and adopted by caring individuals and families. Not only a five star, but an absolutely essential service.
Thank you Rob for your thoughtful review.
This group is one of the hardest working nonprofits I know. They are one of the foremost, reputable and knowledgeable groups on greyhounds that exist today. They work tirelessly everyday to bring awareness to the plight of the greyhounds.
Thank you for your support of our mission to end the cruelty of dog racing!
I am amazed at the time and effort and love for the greyhounds by everyone I've encountered.
Great job saving the greyhounds!!!
Thanks for caring about the greyhounds. Go team!
Thanks for believing in GREY2K USA and our mission!
GREY2K USA has made educating people on the plight of Greyhounds worldwide its mission. They helped ensure the world was watching as the Canidrome was closing that the Greyhounds left there did not become part of the horrific meat trade. All Greyhounds at the Canidrome made their way to safety and new lives.
Thanks for believing in our mission to save the greyhounds far and wide!
This stellar organization has contributed more to the understanding of the cruelty behind greyhound racing than any other advocacy group in the world. Their tireless efforts in educating the public about greyhounds has yielded an unparalleled positive impact on the lives of countless animals in the US and around the world. Their advocacy consists of the steady presentation of facts only to cut through the misleading rhetoric and focus on what is best for the dogs. They are to be commended for their tireless dedication and hard work.
Thank you for believing in GREY2K USA and its mission to end the cruelty of dog racing and give loving greyhounds the second chance they deserve!
Societies are judged by how they treat those with no voice and this organization is ensuring people understand the life and plight of racing greyhounds worldwide. When people understand the truth about the conditions the greyhounds endure they are overwhelmingly in favor of eliminating this industry. Education and knowledge are the key. Thanks, Grey2K Education Fund.
Thanks for your support of our mission to end dog racing and give greyhounds the second chance they deserve!
So many opportunities present themselves when you don't limit creativity. GREY2K USA Education Fund teaches at every level, creating children who learn to care about others we share this planet with. Empathy begins at an early age. Also this group sponsors rescues for greyhounds throughout the United States. Sweet, gentle, loving greyhounds make converts wherever they go and children learn that friends don't always come with only 2 feet. And everybody smiles!
Thanks for your kind words, and support for these gentle dogs!
The real story of the history of greyhounds and how they've come to be used now as expendable commodities in dog racing needs to be told, and Grey2K USA Education Fund is one of the primary information outlets to disseminate the facts. Not "the facts" as the racing industry would have one believe, but the real facts. Facts lead to action and to activists and they, in turn, lead to results. And every bit of light shed on this appalling institutionalized animal abuse will help bring about its end. I have supported them for years and will continue to do so...proudly.
This organization and their staff are open, honest, accountable, and informational.
During two previous military advisor assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan, this organization provided me with information and moral support that greatly assisted my efforts in rescuing eight dogs to forever safe and happy homes in the United States.
It is a pleasure to work with dedicated service people like you! Thanks for your kind words!
I once helped video a session of Grey2K USA in the classroom - the instructor was very inspiring and the kids were totally engaged throughout. The management of this organization is very dedicated and sophisticated about spreading the message of how greyhounds are to be treasured as a species and individuals. I can't speak highly enough about this nonprofit!
Thank you for your help in spreading the word to young people that greyhounds deserve to be loved!

thank You for everything you do for Greyhounds worldwide!
It is a team effort, thanks for being with us every step of the way!

They do wonderful charity
They help greyhounds worldwide
Thank you for being a part of our team!
The "fight" to help these sweet and gentle dogs is not just on the front lines (at the tracks and legislation), but also in educating the public. It is imperative that people be informed of the horrifying things that really go on with these breeders, trainers and kennel owners, not to mention what happens to these innocent dogs leading up to and during their races. Breeders and some casino owners are trying desperately to keep this all covered up. Educating the public as to the bad things these dogs go through is SO important, but also "meet & greets" with the dogs and explaining what great pets they make. The two biggest misconceptions are that 1. the dogs are high strung with a lot of nervous energy; and 2. they must have an owner who will run everyday with them... both are just not true. Not even close! And Grey2K is getting the word out, which, in my opinion, is invaluable.
Your words mean so much. On behalf of the board of GREY2K USA Worldwide, I thank you! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President
Thank you for your informative comment and thank you for being a part of our team, Debbie!

Education is the beginning of the change. Thank you for the great work
Education is the key, you are so right! Once a person knows how these poor dogs are treated, they come to the side of the angels (the greyhounds)! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
Thank you for your support of the mission to end dog racing worldwide!
A great charity that does fantastic work raising awareness of the poor treatment of greyhounds worldwide.
Thank you for supporting our work with your gifts of t-shirts and greyhound-themed accessories! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
The GREY2K USA Education Fund are teaching the younger generation and the people to care for animals, not use them for profit.
Grey2k Usa Worldwide is highly ethical, greatly successful and wonderfully managed non-profit.
Grazie! We hope to celebrate the end of dog racing with you someday very soon. Thank you and your association for working so hard to save dogs' lives! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
It is so important to have a group like the GREY2K USA Education Fund in existence. They are teaching the younger generation to care for animals, not use them for profit.
Young people are on the side of the dogs, that is for sure! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
Young people and new thinking are the key to ending this terrible cruelty on dogs, we agree! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
I live is South Florida and I regularly conduct greyhound presentations at schools in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. I talk to the children about dog racing and the need for adoption of these beautiful and gentle dogs.
The GREY2K USA Education Fund provides me with the necessary material to conduct these classes. For example, brochures, coloring books, wristbands, and buttons. These classes are a success and the children love them.
Thank you GREY2K USA Education Fund for making this possible.
Kathy, thank you so much for being such a big part of our ongoing "Greyhounds in the Classroom" program! You work so hard! Christine Dorchak, Esq. President, GREY2K USA Education Fund
Because of the Grey2K USA Education Fund, I have supplies which I use to help educate school age children in South Florida about the need to adopt the racing greyhounds when their racing life is over. I give the children a "Pele's Forever Home" book which is a sweet story about an ex-racer finding his forever home. The distribution of these books has resulted in the adoption of many greyhounds.
Thank you GREY2K USA Education Fund for making this possible.
They are hard working and relentless! They do great work at stopping a cruel and stupid industry.
These guys are relentless in their pursuit to stop the awful "sport" of greyhound racing. I'm glad they are here, otherwise so many other dogs would be doomed to a life of misery.
Thanks Lorraine, for being with us from day one! Christine Dorchak, President GREY2K USA Education Fund
Sometimes a story needs a little more explanation and help. The grey2k usa education fund is exactly this...we, in the U.S., are a dog culture, and even though we all love them, there is this one breed that few really know about. And that is the most loving and charming and attention-wanting...the greyhound. This group reaches out in so many ways, and makes sure that whoever they communicate with fully understands the exceptional sensitivities of the greyhound and their want and love of human companionship. And in so doing, they make sure that greyhounds are NEVER overlooked in the Adoptable Dogs listings...and because of this, more greyhound DO find loving homes.
Grey2K USA's Education Fund has helped change minds across the state of Florida. Greyhound racing has a long history in the state and it is not uncommon to find individuals and families that hold dear the practice as a favorite pastime. But the tide has been changing thanks very much in part to the Education Fund's work to expose the abuses that occur at these tracks and reach the communities where these tracks still operate.
Grey2K USA's Education Fund wisely uses resources to organize support and spread awareness throughout the state. Their High Stakes report was a game changer - putting the horrors of greyhound racing into easily consumable facts and figures, making every greyhound lover an effective greyhound advocate.
GREY2K USA’s tireless dedication to put an end to dog racing throughout the United States and abroad should not go unnoticed. GREY2K USA’s various educational efforts have helped bring countless numbers of innocent racing greyhounds from their dismal lives on race tracks, where they are just a commodity, off the track and into adoption groups. The adoption groups are then able to place the dogs into forever homes where they can be cared for by loving adopters. My hat is off to anyone who helps to spread the word about the plight of racing greyhounds with the ultimate goal of ending dog racing. GREY2K USA has played a big role in doing just that!
Over the years, Christine Dorchak has always been more than willing to provide GREY2K USA educational materials to the adoption groups I have been affiliated with. I learned recently that GREY2K USA provided funding to adoption groups for greyhounds transitioning from the now defunct race track in Arizona into adoption groups. On behalf of the greyhounds…Thank you GREY2K USA!!! Keep up the good work!
I have been aware of the GREY 2K USA organization for many years and donate to this honorable, very trustworthy organization whenever I can.
They are truly amazing in the work that they do; helping innocent greyhounds find freedom and happie , healthier lives after the horrible time the dogs endured while being forced to race at the greyhound tracks that still exist.
I am so amazed at the work the staff has done in helping to terminate greyhound racing in many states, and their mission to keep the fight up to continue to help these innocent animals and bring them to safety.
The Grey 2k USA Education Fund is a great fund where students can learn about greyhounds and how important it is to treat them with kindness, as they would treat their own dog or animal at home, whatever breed.
This positive Fund helps educate the youth of today to try to help prevent greyhound dog racing from occurring in future generations, and I think that message of reaching out to young people is very important.
I applaud Grey2kUSA for making this effort.
I think GREY 2K USA is doing a great job and is one of the most comprehensive, honest, and conscientious non-profits I have ever known. I am a BIG fan!
They are just wonderful and are doing an outstanding job. Keep up the good work.
