Review for GREY2K USA Worldwide, Arlington, MA, USA
First of all, this is not a charity. All they do is exploit people who know nothing about greyhounds or greyhound racing to get their pity money. The owners of this group pay themselves big salaries, and have never, ever lifted a finger to help one greyhound.
Greyhounds are taken very good care of at the tracks. Grey2k likes to lie, and to use very old information, usually from other countries to get people to donate to them. The people who follow them don't think for themselves, but follow their "leader".
If you want to learn more about them, it's easy to do your own homework on this "shell" organization.
Now this is the stuff they spew when the truth comes out:

Virtually every statement in this "review" is false. GREY2K USA is effective in part because we have a full-time staff that is knowledgeable and professional. All of these staff members earn salaries that are modest in the non-profit community. Further, we support greyhound adoption in many ways. We give adoption referrals, we give contributions to greyhound adoption groups across the country, and we regularly encourage our supporters to adopt. Finally, the notion that our data is based on "very old information, usually from other countries" is completely and utterly false. Our data is recent, from sources such as state records and mainstream news reports, and specific to the state in question.
It's very easy to search the internet to find the information that tells the truth. The IRS needs to look into them. Carey2 knows most people will just donate and not question where the money is going, but some of us want to see where the money goes, and doing some digging has proved over and over this is a bogus organization that does indeed need investigating. They do NOTHING to help anything but themselves. Check them out like I did!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Put them out of business for lying to people for money.

Review for Greys Landing Greyhound Placement, Windsor Hts, WV, USA
This group works very hard to find the right forever home for the greyhounds that retire from the racetracks. We work tirelessly to achieve this goal. We foster them with tender loving care to help them get used to living in a home, and to be a part of a family.

Review for GREY2K USA Education Fund, Arlington, MA, USA
This group does nothing but lie to the public about what they stand for. And what they do stand for is money, money, money, to line their greedy pockets. They take from people who don't know they are being duped into giving money for a cause that isn't there. I and others would like to know how a group can exist legally in America. Lies and deceit is the only thing this poor excuse of a group is about. Sorry Mr. Carey, I'm in greyhound adoption. We educate, and find homes for them when they retire. How many have you placed, or even helped. And we don't lie to get donations like your so called organization does. We've seen the proof of what you do, so you cannot deny it, it's everywhere you don't want the truth to be.
