I was a foster for over a yr. for this rescue and was fostering a mama and her 12 pup's that l helped delivered and had them for 6 weeks. They wanted to dictate to me who could and couldn't come into my house if they weren't fully Covid vaccinated. I talked to my doctor and he told me that dog's can't catch Covid. The board wanted 1 of their friends to come to come to my house that l don't know him and l said no. The board being vindicated come and take them away from me don't care about how much l was giving them love. If that isnt bad enough than they block me from the WLK members group that you join when you adopt one of their dog's which l have a Kuwaiti dog Elsa so l can't see pictures of the mama or puppies just because l wouldn't let them dictate to me.They don't care about how much these dog's are getting love from their fosters. I also contacted other rescues and asked about how they feel about people coming into a fosters house that isn't vaccinated and they said these board members are crazy to tell a foster who can or cannot come into a foster house. These other rescue told me that they appreciate their fosters for the love they give to the dogs and told me they would gladly accept me to foster for them. It's not about Covid it's about the love you give to these dog's. These board members are not about the love that is giving to these dog's.
