Mission: The Winchester Parks Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization formed to benefit the people of Winchester, Virginia, through financial support of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Winchester.The Foundation provides the community with a charitable agent to receive contributions to directly support the Parks. The Foundation will complement the activities of the Parks and Recreation Board, by providing financial support to capital projects and recreational programs selected by the Foundation and accepted by the Winchester Parks and Recreation Department.
