Mission: The purposes of the west texas watercolor society are to provide an opportunity for the interchange of ideas among persons interested in all forms of water media;to promote the highest aesthetic standards in the art of watercolor, and to provide civic, cultural, and educational suppoert for the art of watercolor.
Programs: Proviing retreats and workshops to create an opportunity for the interchange of ideas among persons interested in all forms of water media.
the society is a member of the regional organization, wester federations of watercolor societies which host an annual exhibit that rotates among the 11 member societies to further promote the exempt purpose.
