Mission: The virginia association of area agencies on aging maximizes the capacity of its member agencies to enhance the quality of life for all virginians by enriching the lives of older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers and communities in need of supports and services.
Programs: The purpose of this program is to create a senior medicare patrol of volunteer retirees who will be trained in the issues of medicare and medicaid fraud and who will be available to provide educational presentations regarding medicare and medicaid fraud in their communities.
