Mission: Our mission is to provide leadership, support and advocacy for prevention/early intervention programs which enhance the social, emotional and educational growth of california's elementary school children.
Programs: In 2011, the organization hosted the emhi (early mental health initiative) conference to promote awareness of children's mental development in their impressionable stages of growth. The profit from this conference would enable grants to locally funded programs. There was no conference held in 2013 through 2017.
