Mission: To support the willliam s. Baer school, in collaboration with the state of maryland, and baltimore city schools to provide appropriate education, medical, social and therapeutic programs for students with developmental delays.
Programs: The organization provided additional support to children, from three to twenty-one years of age, with special needs by supplementing existing resources provided by the public school system. These areas include teaching, supplies, tutoring, adaptive equipment and personal development items
