Mission: The well bible study ministry, inc. (the well) is a spiritual training ministry for women with a two-fold mission: to encourage maturity in the christian faith through bible study, prayer and accountability; and to help women develop in ministry and leadership, empowering them to serve in their churches and community more effectively. The well is an interdenominational and independent non-profit organization. Child watch is provided at meetings, and a weekly well e-mail is sent to members. Other activities include charitable outreach and conferences/retreats.
Programs: The well held 7 bible study classes at first baptist church of lutz from january to may 2017 for approximately 629 attendees and offered child watch at all of the meetings. From june through december 2017, 47 bible studies were held in the community and child watch was offered during these bible studies as well. Further, the well held one conference during 2017 with 215 attendees.
