Causes: Mental Health, Sexual Assault Services
Mission: To provide advocacy for victims of violent and sexual crimes, prevention education programs that serve children, adolescents, men and women and 24 hour counseling and crisis intervention.
Programs: School based prevention education services including crime prevention, personal safety, victim sensitivity training, mandated reporting and abuse identification training. The victim center served 15,396 individuals.
adult 24 hour crisis intervention services by way of hotline following a trauma. Provided individual and group support therapy to survivors of crime victims. The victim center provided 10,428 units of service and served 2,297 unduplicated individuals.
child 24 hour crisis intervention services, individual and group therapy, and play and art therapy. Offered victim advocacy through the court system and referral services. The victim center provided 10,677 units of service and served 1,521 unduplicated individuals.
